Evergreen was very slow in getting me the needed death certificate for my mother. This took three calls and many weeks. Three months after my mother's death, they have still not interred her. And this comes after she prepaid for all the funeral arrangements years ago. This kind of incompetence and betray of trust ill fits a business dealing with those so wounded by the agonies of death.
