Dominick and Amanda handled my dad's passing with such care and compassion. They were gentle and so respectful with him and allowed my mom and I to take our time in saying our goodbyes. They promised to take good care of him, and they did. We are still grieving terribly, but we are so very grateful that we chose them to come and take such good care of dad. In such a difficult time I realize how important it is to have such a caring funeral home. They made all the difference.

My mom passed peacefully Aug 28, 2019 and I was very pleased with the whole process in handling her arrangements. As a fellow funeral professional, knowing the whole process and know how things go, they definitely were top notch. I was at ease the whole time knowing that she was handled with the up most dignity possible. I know a funeral and arrangements for a loved one can be complicated but it was the easiest I have ever had, especially being on the other side of the table. When sending my mother down to Sc where I live, I was definitely up to date on each step and given a tracking number. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is needing arrangements for a loved one. Now just a note to everyone, cheaper cremations do not mean they are handled poorly, if anything it’s handled the same as if it were expensive. You just have a wider range of options to add to the arrangement without being in debt.

The couple that run this place were very accomodating and helpful and we had a good experience until......we picked up our ashes, flew away with them and discovered that the paperwork they gave us DID NOT MATCH the ID tag on the bag of ashes. We called and they said it was a clerical error and that they would forward new paperwork. We have been meticulous in looking at the mail because we are the executors of the estate - no paperwork ever came. This made us very uneasy so we got the State involved to assist us. CSA claims they sent it, but did not follow up with us in any way. Four months into this, we got a blurry, corrected certificate in the mail, no other note or explanation. We can only hope we have the right remains, there is no way to "prove it" - in a profession where customer comfort and care should be a priority, we feel they ultimately dropped the ball.
