I usually don't write reviews but I just had to say something about how great your service was. Last month my brother&SIL lost their 1month old baby and our families took it hard. But Mary (the person we dealt with) answered all our questions, was very patient and kind and I'd like to thank you all for all you have done for us. Your staff went beyond our expectation and with God by our side everything for baby Azora special day was beautiful. Not enough words can express how thankful we are. APEX Construction & Remodel

Recently within six month's I had three family members pass. First my mother, two weeks later my brother, and then July 30, 2016 my only son. I have had all of my family members funerals with Anchorage Funeral Home @ 1800 Dare Avenue. I am glad I came to this place, and would never changed that choice. I have never had such love, caring, and patient people to handle this horrific part of my life. I only wish you would realize this is a great place to help your through this celebration of life for your family or loved one. I only hope you call them and at least give yourselves this opportunity. This is not anything to take lightly, its' the real generosity of caring.

I'd go here again. They are very friendly. They have amazing prices. And I'm using this place from now on. We went to Legacy and they tried to rob us. Never again. Anchorage funeral home is where we are going from now on. Thanks

Affordable and pleasant folks to work with! I am arranging my grandmothers funeral expenses, they were great with cost. Most competitive rates,although we had to pay out of pocket they were accomodating. Although we did not use them, the funeral home price matched anchorage funeral home's prices. Currently doing business with Janssen Evergreen and I was not impressed with having to argue about lower cost.

My Mother Dora passed in February and I live overseas in New Zealand. It was very early in the morning when I called David. As inconvenient as it was, he made me feel at ease that everything would be looked after in our absence. On our arrival in Anchorage David and his colleagues made a very difficult time in our lives much easier to deal with. In my opinion David went above and beyond the call of duty with everything we needed. Mom was in great hands throughout her journey the whole time. Ryan my families staff support was exceptional at communicating and planning. He was very collaborative and considerate. He was kind and respectful and I don't know how anyone could plan a funeral without someone like him and his agency helping you. Funerals are difficult and emotionally draining. My family felt very supported through every step of the funeral process. We had 2 services one in Alaska and one in the Philippines. Everything went smoothly and I would recommend this company above the rest because of the professionalism that is paired with sincere kindness.
