Very unprofessional and unorganized. Parking issues are out of control. And the amount of loitering that goes on outside during every funeral service its only a matter of time before something terrible ends up happening. Hopefully this place can pull it together and start to operate like a real professional establishment where families can safely and respectfully mourn the loss of loved ones.

These are the absolute worst people I have ever dealt with, they are sneaky...backstabbing, cannot be trusted & will stoop to the lowest to be heard. If they were empathetic people who are to help grievers...they would have social skills of a noble person. They do not. They are cut throat and not worthy of your loved ones to be remembered in such a cheaply decorated place. Colonial is the most authentic, honorable place in Russell County. Also they up charge on floral arrangements about 180%. They will also call police if you do not immediately leave the facility when they say your money is out.
