I can not express enough how impressed I was with Hughes Funeral Home & Crematory. I went with a friend today to this establishment for her to make arrangements for her husband who had passed earlier in the week. I just want to say how impressed I was from the minute we walked in the door. Unfortunately in life I have had to either be the one making these types of arrangements or have been with friends and family as support while they have made arrangements and never have I had such a pleasant experience. It seems wrong to use the word "pleasant" when you're doing this type of thing but Mrs. Donna Hughes made it just that. Her attention to detail and even her very kind and loving words just put us at ease. She explained everything in detail. Listened to our stories about my friend with genuine interest and was just a pure blessing to work with. Thank you Mrs. Donna from the bottom of my heart for being such a sweet, kind and gentle soul and taking such good care of my friend today. You'll definitely be seeing me in the future.

The wonderful people at Hughes Funeral Home have been a true blessing to my family. Sadly in the last five years they have assisted with the passing of my grandmother, my mother and both of my in-laws. It has been a difficult time for us but they have been stellar in their assistance. Mr. Hughes and his group have always been kind and compassionate. We have been thru enough I with them I would consider them family. Even though the loss of a loved one is a horrible thing it is also business at some point yet the wonderful group there never make it feel that way. There is no high pressure and no shaming to get you to do or buy something you don’t want.
