Some of the funeral directors on June 4, 2016 at funeral of Mrs Frances Allen, were very unprofessional. They discussed in front of my church members, that they was going to shut me down from preaching , it was taking to long, I act like I was at my church on Sunday and the message was no longer than 20min, therefore causing chaos at the door of the church with my church members trying to stop them, not knowing that they were my members. I don't know what their problem, But I would never subject my family care to these people. I never heard of such thing as this in my life and I'm Very displeased.

They refused to give me a letter for my job after I traveled from out of town for my uncle's funeral. I've never experienced anything like it from any other funeral home.

: Great funeral home service!! They saved us from the shady Kirksey. (DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO KIRKSEY!) Eastside was extremely professional, very down to earth, and they made sure to explain EVERYTHING to us. We were not left in the dark about anything, no hidden fees or hidden agendas. Latonya was awesome, and everyone they had on staff was extremely helpful to us. We even shared some laughs with them as they treated us as family. They are definitely not in it for money, and they completely understand that losing a loved one is not simply a business. We sincerely enjoyed working with them and we had a wonderful funeral service because of them!
