Chris and Carson were so wonderful to us in what has been the toughest time in our lives. They made this so easy and showed so much patience as a Hindu funeral was new and is so different from a traditional funeral. I can't say enough about how wonderful this staff was to our entire family.

The city of Columbus helped me pay to cremate my mom recently bc I'm tapped out trying to pay her bills from when she was alive. I called over to Colonial just to ask if her cremation was complete and Carson got on the phone with me and without an ounce of empathy he told me that I'd have to talk to the coroner's office he isn't allowed to speak to the family. Not a very nice way of speaking to a person going thru this type of loss. Very crappy service!
