I have been going to Firefly Yoga on and off for almost a year now. I enjoy Meghan's classes because of the rhythm and the variety of poses. I always feel challenged and supported. The atmosphere is great because of the beautiful building and view, the music selection and Meghan's welcoming and kind demeanor.

Meghan is the only massage therapist I see! If I am in pain, or just need to relax, her massage always sets me back on track and better than before. I also recently attended her "Yoga 101," and quickly found interest in the benefits of yoga. Can't wait to go to another class! Seek no substitute for massage and/or yoga!!!

Firefly yoga is my favorite in Cody! I am also a yoga teacher and have had a hard time finding a class that I really feel has a diversity of poses, stretching, strengthening, workout and relaxation. Meghan does it all! The atmosphere is always light and fun, never intimidating or unwelcoming. Whether you're a yogi wanting to further along your practice or a newbie learning the ropes, her classes and expertise are for everyone. Thanks Meghan!

Firefly yoga is located in an amazing building with beautiful views. Megan does an excellent job of teaching yoga and providing special instruction and assistance to her students. She has provided excellent advice to me over the last year that has helped with the healing of my sciatica. Megan also does an excellent job with he massages!

10 STARS FANTASTIC The facility is spotless and has amazing calming energy. The instructors, Meghan and Amy, are there to support you through all the positions you move into. I start to think, “I can’t” and immediately I’m filled with, “ There is no such thing as can’t.” The music and people are very safe and soothing to be surrounded by. It is addicting. A MUST TRY!!! I LOVE IT!

If I could give 6 stars for both yoga and massage, I would! Meghan's yoga classes are challenging, refreshing and invigorating. She specializes in vinyasa/power yoga, which as an athletic person, I really enjoy. It allows me to experience both a work out and also experience the mindfulness and meditative aspects of yoga. As a massage therapist, Meghan is INCREDIBLE. I have experienced a number of massage therapists before moving to Cody, and Meghan is by far the best I've ever worked with. If I'm having a problem in my body, Meghan is the first one to know! She's incredibly intuitive when working with the body and knows the human body and muscles like the back of her hand. She's never out to just get your money and get you to come back - she truly wants you to get well and for you to gain progress and relief. I highly recommend Meghan's yoga classes AND massage - she's an invaluable resource in the Cody community!!
