I called at about 2 p.m. on a Friday afternoon -- last minute, especially considering my folks wanted to have an early supper before going to the play -- to see if anyone would take a walk-in (my nails! Yikes!) and was told that usually everyone is booked pretty heavily; however, the receptionist cordially offered to check and "just see" what might be squeezed in that afternoon. I was encouraged by such a positive attitude, and after a couple of seconds on hold, was given a prompt and professional appointment. (So, I wasn't technically a "walk-in.") My experience was delightful -- was given a quick tour of the facilities while Mary got my manicure set up for me. There is so much going on here -- beyond hair -- and Mary did a great job. I was so blessed to be a part of her Friday afternoon; though on the surface it may have seemed like "good luck" this was not a chance encounter. It will be lovely when Mary can do my nails again. One day, I'll live in Cheyenne... and she'll see me regularly! Thank you, Mary V! Maybe next time I'll treat myself to a mani-pedi! :)

It always looks beautiful and I constantly get comments on how nice my haircut and color look...even when it has been months and I am about to go in! In addition I recently got married and Kerri Ann did my hair and my flower girl's hair. I described what I wanted on the day of my wedding and Kerri Ann gave me the hair of my dreams! My flower girl brought in a picture and Kerri Ann was able to replicate it perfectly. My bridesmaids all got their hair done by Vivian and she was able to give them ideas on what would look good, took their suggestions throughout the process and gave them all unique styles that coordinated. The girls all commented that they had never worked with someone so willing to take suggestions and please the customer. The wedding hair overall was absolutely gorgeous and I got so many compliments about it! Also before the wedding I got a massage from Kathy and my eyebrows waxed by Rachel. Both of these ladies were extremely accommodating, kind and professional. They made me feel relaxed (and beautiful) before my big day. After my experience back in April i will NEVER be coloring my hair again. What used to be down to my shoulder blades and healthy hair turned into fried and unmanageable all the way down to my roots. Was left under a dryer with foils on for an hour and a half. ! Ridiculous. Turned into a nightmare and the only way to fix it is to chop ALL of my hair off and completely restart.

When I got to Enchanted Hair, I wasn't prepared for what I saw and felt. From the exterior, it looks a little run down and the parking is tight. I was met by the receptionist whom was very helpful and polite. Everyone who walked into the door was smiling and appeared happy to be there. Enchanted Hair has such a hopping and positive energy that I couldn't help but be happy to be there as well. The staff is friendly. I felt welcomed right away. The reason I came to the salon was to see Jacqueline the massage therapist. I actually followed her from IBMC to Enchanted Hair, (that is how good she is). Jacqueline is a strong therapist. She looks tiny but I am continuously blown away by her strength. Whether you want a deep tissue or a soft relaxing massage, she is your gal. Her rates are unbeatable as well, $70 for 90 minutes of stress free heavenly relaxation. All in all, I've enjoyed my experience there and I anticipate more good things to come out of this Salon.

Getting my hair done at Enchanted Hair was the best place I could have chose to go! For some reason my appointment was messed up and I thought I wasn't going to be able to get in (I was super disappointed because I drove from Laramie). Keri Ann instantly found a way to make getting my hair done possible. I went to Melissa Munoz and she was perfect! Not only did she make me feel super comfortable, she made me look amazing and she is such a genuine and sweet woman. Melissa gave me several tips so that when I went home to style my own hair, I could still look just as good! The price was affordable (even for a poor college kid like myself). Keri Ann then gave me a tour of the building. It was absolutely gorgeous and very clear she cares about her business. I will continue coming to Enchanted Hair.

I went to Jerrica this morning for color, highlights and a cut. I'm new to Cheyenne and was nervous about finding a new hairdresser. I had spent weeks going back and forth through reviews on Google maps. This salon has great reviews and so I finally booked an appointment. I have never been so happy with my hair. She did a fantastic job. She was patient and helped me make choices based on her knowledge. When my hair was done, I had her wax my eyebrows as well. The salon is beautiful and clean. I will definitely be utilizing other services they offer and Jerrica will be my permanent hairdresser here.

Bobbi Olson has been cutting and coloring my hair for several years. I was quite desperate when I found her because I had been to several stylists who had been unable to color my hair. Bobbi does an excellent job, is up to date on the latest styles and makes great suggestions about useful products. I do not think one could find a better stylist either in Cheyenne or even a larger city. And she is a very fun person to be around so getting a hair cut is just a fun experience!

They don't know how to cut it and its expensive. She spent less then 5 minutes total giving the most expensive worst trim of my life. I was traveling from California to Cheyenne, Wyoming for a wedding and I didn't want to bring the 10 hair products plus my blow dryer and straightening iron required to get my hair to look nice. It would have taken another suit case just for hair products! That would have been another checked baggage I would have had to pay for! Thankfully I was able to find Enchanted Hair! I called last minute hoping they could squeeze me in for a wash and a blow out, they were absolutely accommodating and fit me in. My wonderful stylist was Rico Vigil, he was super welcoming and warm right away. I have bright purple hair and he took care to wash my hair in cold water so I wouldn't risk my color coming out. it seems like such a little thing, but knowing he cared so much to keep my color looking it's best made me extremely happy! Rico was kind and funny and had me smiling the whole time he was blow drying and straightening my hair. Rico made the simple act of a wash and a blow out so relaxing and enjoyable. I loved the products Rico used to get my textured hair to behave and look smooth and sleek. Rico didn't charge much at all, which was a nice surprise. I'm so used to paying a fortune for my hair that I was shocked at such a low price for such a fantastic service! If I ever get to come back to Cheyenne, I am making Enchanted Hair my first stop! If you get the chance to come by, ask for Rico Vigil and you will NOT be disappointed.

From booking the appointment, which I needed late in the day due to my work schedule, to the finished style, everything was above and beyond what I expected. I was greeted by a huge smile from my stylist, Rico, who I gave a few ideas of what I wanted, he made some suggestions and began. The man is awesome! My hair has never looked this good from just a cut, and he, without hesitation, agreed to also line up my fiancé's hair when he was done with mine. He did a great job on both, showing his versatility and talent. The price was very reasonable and even with a generous tip was less than I would expect to pay for the quality of service alone. He also took the time to show us around the spa and introduce us to some of the other people there and explain the services. He will most definitely have my business from now on!

I have been a client of Kerri-Ann's for nearly 8 years. Fortunately, I only had to endure about a year of bad haircuts after moving to Cheyenne from the east coast before I found Kerri-Ann. Everyone knows that a good haircut is the basis of a good hairdo, whether you create your own hairdo or have it done professionally. I can guarantee you will never be disappointed with your haircut when Kerri-Ann cuts your hair, whether you're a woman, a man or a child, old, young or somewhere in between with long hair, short hair, curly hair or straight hair. I'm also fortunate to have Kerri-Ann color my hair as well. Again, not only never disappointed, but always delighted with the results of her cut and color "magic" I call it. Because she colors my hair as well, I have the pleasure of being able to watch her perform her magic on other clients while waiting for my color to develop. The phrase that comes to mind when watching these other cuts is "poetry in motion." Kerri-Ann truly loves her work and it shows in the results. Each client who leaves her chair is obviously happier and amazingly transformed. Had a nice relaxing massage by Elizabeth Lee last week. I arrived about 10 minutes before my massage and Elizabeth met me in the waiting room at the scheduled start time. She had me fill out a medical profile and took the time to review what type of massage I wanted. The massage was very relaxing and professional. I'll be back again. I was impressed with the Enchanted Spa's facilities. It's very clean and my wife noted when she goes to a hair salon, there's always a smell of perm solution or other chemicals. She was impressed that there was no chemical or hair product smell at all here.

I have naturally curly, super frizzy hair so I am always nervous to get my hair done so I do not go very often. Recently I had an appointment with Emily L. and I was not sure what I really wanted to try with my hair. but found a few ideas. I discussed my thoughts with her and expressed what I wanted and why and she showed me some color examples and we settled on a color. She was great at explaining to me what we were doing and took her time. I never felt rushed or anything- which was awesome especially because I was the last appointment of the day. When we were done my hair looked amazing! I loved the color and how the cut helped tame my curls. I've always asked for a cut and style that I can pull off at home and have never been able to recreate anywhere close to salon hair but after this cut and color I've been able to recreate it flawlessly and am so in love! Will definitely be going back!
