The masseuses do not speak English. They will leave the room a few times during the massage without speaking to you. If a customer comes in during your massage they will step out (still with oily hands) to engage them. One massage room faces the lobby and they do not close the door (giving a slim chance you will be exposed). Having said all that, the masseuses do an amazing job. The massages are top notch and you definitely get the bang for your buck.

Horrible service. SCHEDULED a massage, yet every time a customer walked in, she got up to tell them it was busy. Only one masseuse there. And left the door open the entire time, while some customers waited in the lobby area. In the span of 30 minutes, 6 customers walked in. A massage is supposed to be relaxing, i was agitated the entire time. This place should either hire more people or make sure it's staffed up front when you have a SCHEDULED session. Stay away from this place.
