My mom and I had the best experience here- and we are picky! The management was very accommodating and kind. We felt completely comfortable from the start. If you are looking for true therapists, ask for Hope and Annalese. The Hammam treatments were very special and unlike any spa experience we’ve had. A favorite, for sure. Spa is peaceful and clean— classy staff. We can’t wait to return as it was worth every cent!!

Best spa in town! I've seen two of the most amazing therapists there. John and Kate have what I would call magic hands that allow your mind to escape while soothing your body but can heal as well. I saw John when I was hurting pretty bad and he got me on the right path very quickly with not only great technique but shared knowledge to help me once I walked out the doors. I've seen Kate multiple times now and she has a very special therapeutic touch like no other. Kate also helped my mess of a back, neck, and shoulders with a wealth of knowledge and recommendations that I continually use. The spa is lucky to have the two amazing massage therapists employed with them. Heidi at the front desk is always smiling, very professional and flexible over the phone and good with the email reminders. I describe Body Sage Spa like I describe Jackson Hole Mountain Resort..."It's so good tell your friends it sucks (don't let this secret out!)".

I can not rave about this spa enough. A hidden Gem in downtown Jackson.I have traveled the world and happy to say that the massage therapist are the best I have come upon . I loved my Japan treatment. For 3 hours I was taken away to another land. My therapist was knowledgeable and able to customize my massage to my needs. After a long weekend of skiing it was needed. I can't wait to go in for another treatment. This spa is a must when in Jackson. I received a 1.5 hour Facial from Kelly also. The extra 30 minutes was well worth it. The mask that was applied even upped my skin tone and brought back so much moister to my face. I got off the table feeling relaxed and like I had a new face. I have to say after this dry winter I needed it. the redness decreased by at lest 30% making me feel like i was glowing which I have never felt after a facial. I love the education she gave me on my skin for future prevention. This is so important with my family history of skin cancer. The Color Science product is so light i could tell i was wearing it.. I love that in has sunblock for when I'm outside. Tina did my eyebrows and they look better then ever following my natural shape. I am defiantly a Spa Addict after my day of pamper. I can't wait to go back.

Every Time I come to Jackson Hole I have a massage at the Body Sage at the Rusty Parrot. But this year Taylor who does both a deep tissue massage also with some Thai massage included did an exceptional job. I had just finished a 6 hr horseback ride the day before and was extremely sore?? I got a massage here and it was amazing. They offer quite a few other services that I would love to try if I'm ever in the area again. The atmosphere from registration until I left was very soothing. I felt very pampered. It's a little pricier than most massage therapists I've gone too in the past, but it was very well worth the money. As you wait for your therapist they bring you water. The massage room was beautiful and had a tub in it for some of their services. My masseuse made sure to talk with me beforehand, so we were clear on my needs, as well as likes and dislikes. I loved it. The actual spa is in a building behind the area where people register as guests of the hotel. There is parking available close to the spa as well. Jackson is so small that I just walked over though.

Excellent, relaxing, high quality spa experience! My husband and I scheduled a couples massage here after a week of tent camping in Yellowstone on our honeymoon, and our experience was amazing! The service by all staff members was professional and friendly, and the facility is very upscale. I've had quite a few massages in my life, and go to a chiropractor regularly for my back, and my therapist did such a fantastic job working out all the knots from hiking and sleeping on the ground the last week. I felt so realigned and relaxed afterwards, and my husband (who also has back problems) also had a great experience with his therapist. Hands down the best spa and massage experience I've ever had. Overall it was such an amazing experience! We highly recommend Body Sage Spa!

In the 20+ years I've been living in Jackson Hole have been fortunate to have several massages and facials at the Rusty Parrot; each experience has been relaxing, rejuvenating, and always first rate. The massage I had with Brandi yesterday (with CBD oil as an add-on) was all that and more: I used the words "miraculous" and "life-changing" with my friends! Before we began I expressed to her issues I'd been having (specifically with both shoulders/biceps/wrists/hands) and she was incredibly gifted in being able to work on those areas as well as my entire body. Both immediately after the massage and this morning I had much more mobility in my arms, and was pain free; I cannot recommend Brandi/the Rusty Parrot highly enough.

Came here with some girlfriends while on a ski trip. Our friend arranged massages for the group (4 of us in total). From the moment we walked in the staff was pleasant and accommodating. The spa itself was beautiful and tranquil and adorably enough located in a lodge called the Rusty Parrot. We were greeted by a smiling attendant and asked to fill out a form with any possible massage enhancements (about $15 each) - I went with the scalp treatment and cupping treatment (both I highly recommend). I cannot say enough great things about my masseuse, Morgan! I got a 90 minute massage and it was worth every penny (although it was pricier than I'm used to spending but hey, vacation!). Before we started she asked me where I'd like her to focus and asked me to let her know how the pressure was. I'm someone who carried a lot of tension in my upper shoulders/neck but Morgan was able to hone in on areas I didn't even realize I had knots. She was clearly a very trained professional and I can honestly say it was the best massage I've ever had in my life. Afterwards I took a shower in a cute private bathroom area right off the massage room and fell in love with their jasmine body shower gel (honestly it's delightful- be sure to check it out!). Wonderful experience, excellent ambiance. I remember enjoying the music, it wasn't your typical spa music (although I love me some Enya) - it was more contemporary - very nice change up from the usual. I would definitely come back! Highly recommend if you're in the area.

Excellent--very friendly, quiet and peaceful. Exactly what I needed after a day of skiing. Don't know everyone there but Amanda's hands, elbows, thumbs, knuckles...what ever she uses are amazing! I would recommend her but I think I'll keep her as my little secret!
