I had a 90 minute massage by Ashley and it was perfect. Her technique was firm without being uncomfortable and she really worked the muscles through touch and angles, helping relax each one. Unfortunately she is leaving this particular Elements due to moving. I would have re-booked her without question.

Depending on what level of pressure you want, and who is available, I have had good experiences. My favorite masseuse, who I used frequently, left and I am now trying out several others. Waiting room is nicely decorated and peaceful. Getting in is often difficult, some of their masseuses are booked into May already I was told at my session last week.

I went to Elements because I heard that Mark was certified as a Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) therapist. What makes Mark great is not only is he very skilled and knowledgeable on MLD he shares his knowledge. I have seen several therapist for my lymphadema over the years and Mark is the best.

Hate their appointment reminder system!!! I booked an appointment less than a week beforehand. Calls and texts were sent as reminders, which I'm used to a business doing. Usually once I respond that I'm coming to the appointment I don't receive anymore. This wasn't the case. I received so many texts and calls that I was driven crazy, like 4-5 sets of them or a call and text everyday. The voicemail made the day of mentioned they had a wait list and if I planned on cancelling it was fine because other people wanted the spot. WHO DOES THAT?! Do they want new customers to ever come back? One of the receptionists I thought was rude when I was asking about their reminder system because she clung onto a small detail instead of actually giving good customer service. Never ever going here again. On a side note, the therapist was good, the massage was good, and the environment peaceful once you're on the table.

My experience with Elements Massage was nothing short of an amazing one. Heather was my massage therapist and her knowledge and skill is what made this such an enjoyable service. I truly felt better after and was able to actually have more energy after having some muscle tension relieved. I def reccomend this entity to everyone and everyone!

They were able to get the in very quickly compared to a lot of other places. I was greeted in a very professional manner as soon as I walked in. Hardly had any extra wait time in the waiting room, which was very neat. Kendall was very professional and did an amazing job. I was a bit sore the next day, but that's mainly due to this being my first massage in years and I told her to use more pressure than should have. I will be returning in the near future!!

I’ve gotten regular massages other places on and off for years. I have been to Elements in Sun Prairie twice and regret spending my money there. The first time the therapist was a bit chatty making it hard to relax, but the massage it’s self was decent. However, my most recent experience was the worst massage of my life. I asked the therapist to work on my back a majority of the 90 min, and he barely touched it. I’ve never had neck issues and It has been in pain for the two weeks since the massage. I’ve also had a continuous headache. I was told to call but, I was scared they would put me in more pain. He also preformed the entire massage sitting, something I’ve never seen out of the many massages I’ve had. I left feeling worse than I did when I got there.

Amazing job by Matt- I’ve had upper back pain for years, managed mainly by muscle relaxers. Pressure was great, didn’t feel pain but knew he was in the problem areas because I could feel the issues as he worked on them. Can’t wait to go back again and keep working on these areas.
