Brianna did an amazing job on my back! usually pretty picky about who I get a massage from and this was by far the best. She knew how to stretch and release tension from my muscles. I left feeling so good and free from knots! I also like the questions/conversation asked before and after the massage. She is very helpful, I will be back!

Had a very relaxing experience at Back in Balance. I got a Swedish massage by Alyssa, and it was honestly so great. She made sure her pressure was what I could handle, that i was comfortable, and made sure to focus on my problem areas. My boyfriend got a massage from Brianna, and he was pleased as well. Originally coming in for a 1 hour deep tissue massage to focus on my neck, shoulders and low back. Holly talked me into getting the 90 minute deep tissue only to give me NO deep tissue. pressure was very light, she never asked me about pressure during massage and hardly spent time on my back. After Holly finished the massage she told me she doesn't usually do deep tissue. Wish I would have known that before the massage, or I wouldn't have gotten one from her. Why would I sign up with you for a Deep Tissue massage if you're not going to do it? They ended up charging me for the Deep Tissue price (after the reception clearly heard her say she doesn't do deep tissue) and I left more stressed than I did coming in.

After months of on and off flare ups with entire back pain, I sought out to find a therapeutic massage business for a deep tissue massage. After seeing that Back In Balance had won several years on the A-List and reading positive reviews, I had a feeling I found the right place. I was able to schedule an appointment with Carol for the next day. Kristin was very welcoming when I arrived and took time to speak with me. Carol listened to my pain issues, assessed how I walked and stood, and explained her plan. The massage was amazing, as was Carol. She is very knowledgeable and took the time to educate me on where the problems were, as well as breathing techniques to do during the massage. Afterward, she took time to show me various stretches that could help with recovering. I was so happy to be able to stand upright after my first massage, and am looking forward to my next appointment with Carol. I highly recommend Back In Balance Therapeutic Massage.

In my intial visit with them I requested that the focus on my back as I was having very bad back pain at the time. I was disappointed when only 10 out of 60 minutes were spent on my back. I reached out to them letting them know my experience and after a few miscommunications they were finally able to sort things out and offer to fix it. They had great communication after we discovered that the website messaging system does not work and they were not receiving my communications. I would be willing to give them another shot in the future.

Kristin, for a really amazing business she is running and Holly for being the best therapeutic massage therapist (artist) i've ever been to. The facility is flat out fantastic. It's really beautiful inside and creates a sense of calm from the moment you walk in the front door. I've been working with Holly for quite a while now. We always discuss what areas i want to concentrate on before the massage. She's very attentive and knowledgeable, and helps me enormously. I always leave feeling much much better. I buy the 'massage packages', as they are generally more cost effective... and it's always nice to have something on the calendar to look forward to.
