My husband and I got a couples massage and we both had a fantastic experience! My masseuse's name was Brittany and she did exactly what I asked. We ordered a customizable massage which I would recommend if you would like for them to concentrate on certain areas for you. When I was booking the service the girl with the front desk let me know that it is $10 off on Sundays. We will definitely be back!

Excellent service, friendly and knowledgable staff, and relaxing atmosphere -- this is how I would describe my visit to this place two days ago. I called the same day when I got the services. It was very happy that they worked with my schedule in order to get me in. The services were performed well and I had a great conversation with the employee who performed these services. It is definitely the best part of my day to go to the Healing Touch Wellness Spa!

Getting my Healing Touch Signature Massage here was the best experience I have ever had in life. Seriously. This was my first time getting a professional massage and I could not have asked for a better experience. My masseuse was very comforting and the soothing music and smells made the atmosphere just as comforting. Definitely recommend!!

Desk job worker: Having switched to a desk job for over a year, my shoulder and neck muscles had become frozen, although I didn't know why I hurt everyday. Words cannot express how much relief I felt after two visits to Healing Touch and specifically Jenna Heins. Their staff is kind and professional. The environment is well kept, clean and calming. Jenna listened to my concerns, asked detailed questions about pain levels and then worked magic! I have found my happy place, thank you all!

Brittany was wonderful! I walked in with tension building in my upper back/neck/shoulders the past few days was causing increased pain and difficulty turning my head. When I left, I had significantly increased movement and much improved pain. The scheduler was able to help me with an appointment within a few hours of when I called. The skills of Brittany and the understanding of the receptionist with same day service was tremendously helpful for improving my situation! Thanks to The Healing Touch!

Healing Touch is an amazing respite from life's grind and turmoil. My wife and I have been fortunate to visit many times. We enjoyed couple's massage, individual reflexology, hot stone, and my wife enjoyed a spa day. The therapists are consummate professionals who take the time to make sure every service is perfectly tailored. I need extremely hard pressure to work out years of tension caused by injuries and a rather long stint in Army life and I have always been impressed by the therapist's strength. We have never left the spa with anything less than complete satisfaction. We tell everyone about our experiences and will continue to be loyal and frequent customers.

My husband and I have been here multiple times for massages, and we always leave feeling relaxed and taken care of. We only wish we could make it in more often. Also, myself and a few members of my bridal party came for a spray tan before my wedding, the first time for a few of us, and we were talked through the process. Anytime I walk through the doors I feel well taken care of. I highly recommend The Healing Touch for any of the services they provide!

I got a great deep tissue therapeutic massage. On the very high end of the $$$ but had gift certificate. Appointment process is idiotic as you need to give a CC with a threat of charging full price if you have to cancel. Lost one star from me for the inconvenience just to use my gift certificate. While the massage was great the experience coming in to intro to masseuse to room was really lacking for the $$$ spent

My husband and I have been going to the Healing Touch for at least six years. I have had facials here, individual massages and together my husband and I have enjoyed couples massages. We have each had at least a hundred massages each in our lifetime. This week my husband and I decided that with our busy schedules that we needed to schedule some relaxing quality time together. We scheduled a couples massage and arrived before our appointment as usual. We were left in the room for thirty minutes by a young lady wearing flip flops and socks. Once the women came into the room that would be doing our massages, we explained to them what we would like, and they left the room while we disrobed. The massages started late, and I had to ask three times for different pressure. At the fifteen minute mark I asked the women to excuse themselves and once they had left the room my husband and I looked at each other in dismay. We were both receiving literally the worst massages that we have ever had. The woman working on my husband was preforming in a manner in which she was in a race with her elbows, the woman working on me was slathering lotion on so thick that I could barely feel her fingers and she never moved from a six inch area on my left side the entire time. We got dressed and went out and talked to the owner who was on the phone and could care less that we had just gotten dressed and removed ourselves from our appointment. When my husband and I explained what had happened and that we would not be continuing she replied that it was "our choice." When I reminded her how long we have been customers she merely shrugged her shoulders. I then told her that we would not be returning and she once again stated that it was our choice. Not only were the services horrible the treatment of long term clients was inexcusable.
