I used the Infrared Sauna and accidentally went over the time limit because it was so relaxing. I was rudely reprimanded. Decided not to go back. I had bought a package and wanted to let my sister use the remaining sauna sessions. It had a been a couple years and they said my sessions had expired. Awful customer service.

Why, I don’t get respond?? Becausd I am right? I am editing my review, because my husband told me, whenever we had couple massage the masseuse press really hard on his kidney. Next morning he had blood in his urine. This is not OK!!! . I called the them to just let them know. And apparently it is a manager/ owner who Masseuse my husband. She didn’t apologize. Keep saying that not cause of massage... One of the picture you can imagine her claiming on the bed and pressing with an elbow to my husband kidneys.

This spa is a great little hidden treasure in Morgantown. It was nice to have a girls night out for a spa party in such a beautiful establishment. Lois went the extra mile to be sure we were all well taken care of and extra pampered. The Lemongrass Spa products are amazing too!

Somatic Wellness is great! The treatments I had there relived my breathing more than anything else I had tried. I would recommend it to anyone with breathing problems. Try it. If it does not help you've lost nothing and if does you've gained a lot. I also had treatments for swelling in my feet and legs and experienced relief almost from the first day.

Made an appointment online nobody there and the doors were closed called and the lady who picked up said that she was out of town and there was some mix up on her part and she assured me somebody would come and let me into the spa. After waiting 25 minutes past my appointment time nobody showed. Wouldn't recommend I never made it passed the doors.

Amazing Massage therapists!! They are so educated and really know what muscles need work and customize the massage for your needs. The environment is beautiful, quiet and relaxing! The staff is so helpful and kind.
