Gotta say I was a bit embarresed to go, I'm in my early 20's and have never been in a major accident, but the ladies here at priority care have made me felt welcome. They not only help with serious ailments caused by physical injuries but also help with daily tips and tricks for gym goers such as myself. They helped me with workouts I didn't know I was doing wrong, they helped me find areas that needed more support and how to work on those areas.

Only good thing I can say is the receptionist and massage therapist were kind. I really enjoyed the massage, it was thorough and I felt relaxed afterwards. But the chiropractor was borderline condescending towards me, told me she would not adjust me without an x-ray, and that I would have to wait another 2 days to get one. Mind you i'm in excruciating pain from a misaligned pelvis from a joint being out of position which was a quick easy fix after signing a waiver at another chiropractor I went to right after because I could barely walk after my visit. I left in worse pain than when I arrived.

I drove 5 hours from Richmond for a WVU football game and by the time I got there my back was so bad I couldn't move. After calling 5 places who denied me, I reached Priority Care at 3 pm on a Friday with no appointment and they allowed me to come in. They only charged me for a 20 min massage but spent over 2 hours trying any technique they could to help me. It's a testament to the good nature and character of their extremely friendly and caring staff. If it weren't for them I would have spent the whole trip lying on the floor in misery. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!
