The physical therapy that I received in Inwood, WV at Pivot has decreased my back pain, and has improved my posture. Caleb Dodd is very knowledgeable, and compassionate. He emphasized the importance of continuing the therapy at home when I am discharged from the clinic. The other members of the team were very friendly, and caring. I made the appointment with Pivot when I seemed to be developing a slight "hitch" in my gate, but by the time I went to the first appointment, I had fallen clearing underbrush and broken seven ribs! Dr. Caleb Dodd and I had met at an event, so I requested time with him. Judy and Rhonda are great on the phones with scheduling and logistics. Caleb introduced a whole series of PT exercises, something I have had no experience with over the years. He was sensitive to the rib situation and included therapies for those in the first few sessions. As we proceeded, I told him of my background with T'ai Chi and Yoga, and the next thing you know we were working on a routine that integrated those disciplines with the specific PT exercises! Caleb was knowledgeable across several practices and the result is an enjoyable and effective 45-minute routine that I can actually look forward to fitting into my day. Thumbs up all the way round for this PT office and particularly for the people who work there.

Everybody in the office is friendly, compassionate towards their patients, caring, and concerned. Katie is the Physical Therapist that works with me to get my knee back to pre-inury use, she is absolutely amazing! She is very knowledgeable, caring, intuitive, hands on, very good listener, and just all around awesome. She uses the most up to date therapies and goes to classes to learn new techniques. I honestly feel that I couldn't find a better PT! I highly recommend Pivot and Katie!!
