I first went to Jamel at Helping Hands Massage Therapy when I had pulled a muscle in my neck/shoulder region. I monitor multiple computer screens at various heights at work, so I knew if I didn't get the muscle worked on, I'd be miserable. I found Helping Hands Massage Therapy through some online searches, called Jamel, and he was able to see me last minute. I was semi-nervous as I had been rushed in finding someone, but the atmosphere that he provides calmed my nerves, and I was able to relax while he worked on my issue. Fast forward some months, and I've been going on a regular basis of once to twice a month. From his skills as a massage therapist, ranging between his knowledge of massage techniques and his knowledge of the human body, to his skills as a professional who has adapted to modern day technologies like online scheduling, social media, and PayPal, Jamel has made every visit to Helping Hands Massage Therapy a fantastic and pleasant experience, and it has become a regular part of my routine that I hope to maintain for a long time to come.

I looked for massage therapists in Morgantown and the vast majority of them require a "membership" and the cost with the membership is still high per massage. Jamal does not do this membership nonsense, and he got good reviews, so I gave him a try. The price point was perfect, his skills are very good, and he really knows exactly how to fix common problems. I'm happy making the trip from Morgantown to get quality service.
