I've been there twice. The first time I was having severe neck issues, and I couldn't move my neck. The massage therapist was amazing! She gave me a 2 hour session and worked on muscles I didn't even know were the problem! I could move my neck with dramatically less pain right after, and it continued to improve in the days that followed. The second time I went, I got a massage from the owner. He was phenomenal! 40 years experience makes for the best massage I've ever had. And I'm a massage therapist. This is THE BEST massage therapy business in Frederick County! Go see them! You'll not regret it!

The staff is friendly, helpful and patient, and my work with Karl has been life changing, bringing about positive changes in every aspect of my health. I wouldn't think of going any where else.

Great massage. They always do a great job. They are Very through. My wife and I have been going there to see Richard for years. He goes way beyond on each service. I would suggest others checking this location out. It’s much better than the corporate massage offices out there. Plenty of parking and they have a massage chair while waiting in the lobby. Karl offers not just massage, but helps reconnect with the body in a way that promotes emotional and physical healing. He has changed my life after a car accident and health spiral. His approach is unique and intended to facilitate grounding and mental wellness through massage. His massage techniques are not painful, but treat the root issues in the body. I cannot recommend him enough. The office staff are also highly supportive and courteous. 5 stars EVERYTIME!

I was on vacation and was looking for something last minute (the day before) and found this little gem. Not knowing what to expect I went in open minded because it wasn't a fancy spa like the other places I have visited, it is in a strip mall, but once you walk through the doors it is warm and inviting and smells peaceful. Karl, is this little old man and my first thought was well this will be interesting, but by the time he was done, I wanted to pack him up and take him home! I am serious! He spent time before getting to know me and gave me a lot of advice to help me continue the healing after I get home. He rubbed muscles that I didn't even know existed, in places no one before has, and I have had many massages. Also so you don't get the wrong idea, it was perfectly professional and I felt comfortable the whole time .
