It is my practice to return all calls, however after being in the business for 18 years I am reluctant to return a call when there is no name attached to it. If you leave your name, number and some insight to how I can assist you I will get back to you directly. I am sorry that you left before receiving your service. I was present when you arrived, but am a sole proprietor so I left a note and health history form to be filled out because I was in session with s client. Since we have never meet, I feel bad that you had an undesirable experience, I should have explained that the first appointment takes longer than any other.

Terrible time management! I confirmed my appt the day before for 10 am. Arrived 7 min early. No one around. Note left to do paperwork on the couch. Waited till 10 after my appt time. Never came out. I was in a lot of pain, so extremely disappointed! No regard for my time.

If you are in pain Todd will diagnose the problem, eliminate it, explain the cause, and how to prevent it from reoccurring. Also a massage therapy instructor himself with much experience and very reasonable hourly fees. You won't regret it.
