booking a massage should in and of itself not be stressful, but due to website issues and about 15 phone calls with their tech support, management, and owner problem still not resolved..... found another place slightly more expensive but way better quality experience all the way around... you get what you pay for with these guys.... very shoddy customer service from corporate to locally owned franchise..... avoid this place if you are not on a budget, worth it to me to go elsewhere. They need to fix the website, have better customer relationship management, more availability for deep tissue massage. you can find better quality for just a little bit more in price, suggest going elsewhere if you can afford it - not worth it to me..... had 3 massages, one good, one poor, and one average at best..... they don't care about the customer and make it very difficult to cancel membership too.....

This was a Body Rub not a massage. She rubbed my skin but not my muscles. Environment wasn't relaxing as she spoke to other clients in the next room. She also ASKED ME to TIP her.

The women doing the couples massage for me and my husband talked the entire time to each other so it wasnt enjoyable ..they were a half an hour late for our scheduled apt and tried to separate us when we had scheduled " couples" massage and then we both did not get the same experience as each other my husband didnt receive oil during massage as i did and with the warm towel and I told the lady that was doing my Massage she was to rough but she ignored and seemed to do it harder!! All employees dont speak english well . and when i didnt tip alot she made rude comments like wow thats not alot! I could not tip good for therefore me and my husband had the worse experience due to them talking the entire hour!! In a foreign language to each other . i was stressed more than when i left that when i walked in...

I had a very good deep tissue massage here. The therapist was attentive and maintained her pressure. There was some interruptions from the phone and the owners prefer cash. The massage was well priced ($60 for 60 minutes).

Good massage, walk-in service doesn't seem to be a problem at all. Hard to drive into, it's easier to park in the garage three buildings down on University Ave, or the pay lot above on Chestnut Street.

Took my girlfriend and I there for a couples massage, first the massage wasn't that great and the lady doing mine left twice to make appointments because they were short staffed. Next, once I payed and got charged extra for using a card they insisted on a 20% tip( this isn't a restaurant ) and were complaining about it, 10/10 do not recommend.

Massage lady laying on couch complaining about two many massage. Insist on both full and 20% tip plus 2 percent charge for credit IN ADVANCE OF SERVICE. Left without service and felt as though they really didn't care. Also difficult to find dump. Don;t go!
