Luata has been my massage therapist for the past five years, she is AMAZING! Luata has helped me through car accidents, minor aches & pains, as well as injuries. I am a professional athlete so massage/body work is a big part of maintaining my health. Luata's techniques are detailed and customized to what your body needs. Her experience in the massage therapy industry and her knowledge of the human body makes her an expert. I always feel better after a massage...whether it is neck pain, back pain, hip pain or a headache, Luata ALWAYS improves my condition- she is a miracle worker! I highly recommend Luata. She is a caring therapist who genuinely wants to help her patients decrease their pain. I'm not sure what I would do without her!

I left very unhappy and want to share my experience so you can make an informed decision. Don't have to believe me just ask her before you show. When I arrived at the office I sat down and she began asking me questions for the first 5-10 minutes. Every time I attempted to respond she would cut me off, ask another question, or mention something totally unrelated. You know the feeling when your headed for a car wreck and you can't turn the wheel? ---- yep. I should of thanked her for her time and left - but I didn't. I thought give her chance sometimes the unorthodox are the best. I started face up on the massage table and right away her nails were scratching me throughout the massage (no blood). The same happened when I laid face down. I asked her to work specifically on my back and use elbows. She worked on my back for about 1/3 of the time and never used an elbow once. After we got done on the table I went to pay she stated it was $85, I had $100 and a $20 with me. She said: "I don't keep change". I thought internally - your running a small business and you don't keep change..ok. Gave the her $100 and finally told her in the nicest way I could. I understand you think might be helping people but this is not good. Luata Bray my customer feedback form: Don't talk after you ask you client a question... just listen, cut your nails, and keep some small bills in the drawer. Hands down - the worst massage I've ever had.

My dentist recommended that I find a massage therapist to treat my persistent temporomandibular joint disorder, or expect to need jaw surgery within 5 years. I went looking for a massage therapist that was qualified to treat my TMJD, and found Luata. She was thorough in taking my medical history and helped me understand that the persistent headaches that I had been having for several years were mostly due to the tight muscles in my jaw, neck, and shoulders. I went for weekly massage therapy, and found that the mobility in my jaw improved, and the headaches I had been having almost daily reduced in frequency and severity. Luata also explained several massage techniques I could use on my jaw and temples, which have been helping with the headaches as well. An added bonus is that she is willing to submit claims to many of her clients' insurance companies, and she has made a great effort to maintain open communication with the insurance representatives, so when problems occur, she knows the right person to contact. I feel very fortunate to have found such a caring, compassionate, professional massage therapist. Thank you, Luata!

I first saw Luata over 10 years ago regarding complications from a car accident. I have tried other therapists over the years but always came back to Luata. She is a true healer in every sense of the word. She spends a great deal of time taking professional level coursework to improve her natural healing skills, which translates into increased pain relief for her patients. She combines courteous professionalism with warmth and kindness. Her office is meticulously clean. She does ask probing questions but they are appropriate and designed to get to the root of the problem. Luata has massaged 3 generations of my family and I have recommended her to numerous friends. All agree she is highly skilled and her treatments are very effective in relieving pain.
