I have had many kinds of massages throughout the years, so much so that I know right away an okay massage from a fabulous massage!!! Lindsay clearly knows her stuff! Currently I am dealing with frozen shoulder to the point I haven't been able to sleep very much for close to eight months now. Since I have been seeing Lindsay I am beginning to get mobility in my left arm back and my pain has decreased by at least half. I've been getting those results from her trigger point massage and cupping. Now because I don't like to always go in for therapeutic (even though all massages are therapeutic), I love going in for a relaxation massage. I tease her when I get there and say "Okay, Lindsay, Your job is to make me feel like a noodle by the time I leave!" Well, I not only feel like a noodle when I leave but I find myself walking like I'm tipsy! Nope just water! Thank you Lindsay, You are truly AMAZING at your profession! Also the recommendation for turmeric to reduce swelling naturally has been helping me too. Thanks a MILLION! Heart full of gratitude, Tammy P.S. Molly really knows what she's doing. I came to her with short notice and shoulder-neck tension that was 9/10 (10 being I'm frozen). With her expert navigation of my "tree" of tightness, she was able to loosen me back into mobility and relieve my constant pain. I regularly get a 90 minute deep tissue massage at home and was wary of finding what I needed while on vacation. I was so happily wrong. :)

I absolutely had an amazing experience with Lotus Rose Massage. Lindsay (the owner) gave me an hour-long massage, was super friendly and informative. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to her profession and quite obviously loves what she does. I am the kind of person that generally isn't willing to spend money on myself, or something like massage, but I will swear by this! I get chronic tension headaches that debilitate me. Lindsay makes short work of them, and I have now had multiple massages from her. Her workspace is calming and beautiful and I love coming to see her. Anybody will be more than happy with her bodywork. I 100% recommend her to anybody.

She has recently incorporated hot stone which helps me to relax so muscles can be worked out. I have also experienced her cupping technique which made a bigger impact than originally expected. I have been getting regular massage for more than 20 years and Lindsay of Lotus Rose Massage is quite possibly the best therapist I have ever had. She has exceptional technique and gets muscles to relax by finding and carefully working connective tissue and trigger points rather than just mashing muscles. She always checks in with me about what I think I need her to focus on and she delivers both what I request as well as what my body additionally tells her it needs while I'm on the table. She doesn't talk unless I want to so am able to completely focus on the exquisite experience.

My daughter gifted me with an hour massage at Christmas. I was a bit apprehensive but am so happy that I went. I am now hooked on Lindsay's hands. After my first session I felt like a new person, now after three sessions, each a month apart, I can say she has made a great difference in how I feel. I highly recommend her. The setting is relaxing and quiet. It is extremely clean. She is extremely knowledgeable about her craft. If you haven't tried her, I would say you are missing out!

Truly one of the best massages I’ve ever had— and I’ve had many, from all over the world. Molly was my therapist and she was absolutely amazing. She used techniques and focused on areas I had not previously experienced. Specifically, after revealing that I suffer from headaches and tend to clench my teeth, she worked on the muscles in my jaw. Absolutely amazing massage! I just woke up one day and my back hurt..... enough to not even attempt picking up my children for playing with them. And the kids couldn't seem to understand why I was being "boring"! I saw her listing in my google search and immediately made an appointment. I even scheduled the appointment at my home since I wouldn't have had the time otherwise that day which she successfully managed to fit into her day. Somehow she knew and felt exactly what to do to every spot and made the back pain almost completely vanish, but the pain was bad enough to warrant one more session which corrected the aching entirely. Her time was perfectly managed during massage in order not leave any of the body neglected. So for the second massage I went to her location downtown. Very professional and relaxing environment to let all of my worries be rubbed away. Even though my back no longer aches I am going to visit often so the back pain won't return and because the feeling afterward makes easy the rest of the day!

My husband and I spent this past weekend on the peninsula. We had this crazy idea that we might find a spa and get a last minute Friday night couples massage. We spontaneously walked into the Lotus Rose hoping for a spot in only one of three spas in town. Wow! It was our lucky night. Lindsey and Molly greeted us with a smile and fit us in due to a cancellation. We both agreed that we had the best therapeutic massage ever! Lindsey worked on my husbands forearms (constant pain from years in construction) while Molly worked on my lower back (constant pain from Spondylolithesis). They both knew exactly what we needed. We were a bit late arriving from from dinner but they still managed to provide excellent service and massage. We enjoyed meeting both Lindsey and Molly very much. They set the tone for a wonderful weekend. We’re thinking of planning our next road trip around a visit to the Lotus Rose Spa!
