Have only successfully booked a massage here one time of the five I have attempted. The other four times I've tried, they call DAY OF to cancel the appointment. Very very unprofessional conduct. If you allow customers to book online you should make sure you have capacity to allow for it. Will not use again.

I bought a groupon for two 1hr massages at Elements. This place is great! Walking in as a new client, I filled out one page history form which took less than 5 minutes. I requested a deep tissue massage which really relieved the tension in my back and shoulders. I don't recall the name of the massage therapist, but she had amazing strength! I believe she was from Columbia. I highly recommend Elements Massage! I can't wait for my next appointment!

UPDATED: Edie is an amazing manager and you should work with her when going to this establishment. She listened to my concerns ($75 for same day cancellation) and she made sure to work with me on my scheduling and when I needed to cancel. The front staff is not the best and they don't seem to have much knowledge of what exactly they are doing, so I would say if you have questions skip asking front desk and send an email directly to manager. She has top notch customer service and honestly cares about the establishment.

I had my first visit at this location when I first arrived to Bellevue. I got a 90 minute massage and the girl that worked on me was absolutely amazing. It wasn’t until I checked out that I realized I was shorted 30 minutes of my session. I don’t know if there was a miscommunication on the scheduling part or what. I’m sure they would have compensated me for the shorted 30 minutes, but even then that’s a huge difference in price. I’ve gone somewhere else since.

Ask for someone with at least 2 years of experience else be prepared to feel the roughness in strokes. For new graduates, $50 to $60 should be the price. You ask them about how often people come, and you get a response like, every alternate day! Give me a break!

This location, which is very conveniently located and has plenty of parking, is a great place to get a massage in Bellevue. It is warm and welcoming. The staff are friendly and professional. A recent massage I had there was very relaxing, and the massage therapist checked in with me for my comfort level with temperature, lighting, and massage pressure. I would definitely return.

I'm a regular at Elements in Bellevue. Being a member gets me a great discount each massage. With my stress from work and family, my 90 mins is a way for me to reset my mind and body. Rachael is one of the best. She listens closely and is a wonderful therapist. And the front desk staff is excellent.

My masseuse was very attentive and had a lot of great ideas about how I could improve my pain and posture at home. I could tell Gina really cared about what was happening in my body and was able to be technical with me about muscle groups,conditions, etc., reflecting her mastery of anatomy.

The therapist, Mylinh, said it had been a while since she'd done that. But on my second visit, she'd brushed up on face massage techniques just for me!

Saw Rachael for an appointment and she was just okay. You can tell she enjoys what she does she just wasn't good enough for me. I've had chronic issues with my back for years and need someone who is a bit more aggressive. A day later and I can't even tell I got a massage because I'm still in the same discomfort as I was going in and the knots are still there. The place was nice enough but for what you pay I expected a more experienced massage.

The massage therapists were geat but the payment process was not so great. They required credit card info for their record in advance at the time I made the appointment. Then when you get ready to pay after your massage, the receptionist asked how much you would like to tip and said it's all taken cared of. Nothing to.sign and your credit card has been charged. Really? I went back home and checked the charges and I was over charged. I called to report it and the receptionist said she will credit the difference. It has been 2 days and haven't seen the credit come through yet. Will be calling back. If you go there, make sure you check your charges before you leave. Other places do not require your credit card info prior to your appointment. Unfortunately I won't be going back.

I always get such great services at the Elements Massage Bellevue. The entire staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and calming. I adore Gina (who has to take an extended leave of absence - I'll miss you!). My husband enjoys seeing Jared - who I'll be trying next month! I look forward to my monthly massage visits - I leave feeling much more relaxed and centered.

I had a medium deep swedish massage and it was relaxing. For the hour and half it was a full body massage (minus intimate body areas of course). Masseuse was professional and nice. They provide a bottle of water at the end. Private rooms with relaxing music, and dim lighting. Sturdy tables which are nice for those of us on the heavy end of the scale. Great place, I'll be going back!

Avoid the packages, stick with the one off. The person who used to work with me - Amanda, is no longer there. She gave deep massage that was intense but theraputic. The new therapist however was more relaxation than theraputic. The lousy part is that I purchased a package of massages because of the previous therapist and how effective her massage was - now I'm stuck with wimp-wristed massages for the next year or services. I don't think I can tollerate another session. First person to like can have the remainder of them on me.

He listened to everything I said about what I needed and what issues I have when getting massages and followed through with everything the right way. All the massage therapists have been wonderful.
