I remember that it was a beautiful summer day when I decided to wake up early and jump right into my workout. However, the results were not only the usual endorphin burst, and feeling of accomplishment, but also felt an intense, burning pain from straining a neck muscle. I decided to take some ibuprofen, and go to work thinking that it would get better. But the pain worsened as the day dragged on. Later I searched for a massage therapist who could work on my neck and releve my pain, and who was also close to home. I reached out to Travis and he patiently listened to my neck pain complaints, and was able to work me in his schedule later that same day. After an hour of Travis working on my muscles, I walked out of his office feeling like a brand new person. A few days later I decided to book an appointment with Dr. Walters. The combination of a massage with Travis and an adjustment with Dr. Walters is amazing. Plus the front desk ladies are sweethearts, and they do an amazing job to accommodate my busy schedule! I highly recommend this place.

I have been a patient of Dr. Walters for 1.5 years. Dr. Walters is a genuinely good person. He wants to help people. I hurt my lower back while working (L&I claim) in the year 2011. Since that time, I have experienced consistent lower back pain. I sought Dr. Walters care in 2016 because I was looking for relief from the pain. As Dr. Walters began to treat me, he discovered that my pain did not reflect L&I’s worker injury diagnostic. As it turns out, my lower back injury was not fully diagnosed through the L&I process. Dr. Walters discovered that the true source of my discomfort is located at the Facet joint. Since this discovery, I have been referred and seen by a specialist familiar with Facet joints. The fix is relatively fast and positive results are expected. Thanks to Dr. Walters attention to detail my condition is finally receiving the proper treatment. My mobility (post 2011) is at an all-time high. Dr. Walters is more than a doctor he is a person that uses his hands and mind to improve his patient’s quality of life. Thanks Dr. Walters!

Came back in fall 2017- most of 2018 Dr. Ben is a great chiropractor but i just didnt like the receptionists' attitude named kayla and thats who they would keep and they'd always fire the ones with great customer service. Loved sandra, yesenia, and one that didnt last long named wendy. I heard from my wife Dr. Ben no longer is there as well unfortunately.

Burien Spine and Sport is amazing! After my car accident last December, I started coming here for treatment. Dr. Ben set me up with a recovery plan that met my needs and he worked with me on exercises to do at home to help not only speed up my recovery, but strengthen my neck and back to a better condition than even before the accident. Not only was Dr. Ben professional and knowledgeable, the entire office staff is remarkable. They knew my schedule as an educator and always helped me get appointment times that fit with my day. Not only that, but they knew me by name and were funny, witty and made me laugh while I was waiting or filling out paperwork. Today was my exit exam, which makes me sad because that means I don’t need a next appointment. However, it also means I don’t feel pain anymore and that’s worth the time it’s taken to write this review. This establishment as a whole is worth more than the 5 stars I’m allowed to post. Thanks so much for everything you all have done to get me back to pre-accident condition and even better!

I have been seeing Dr. Walters for years and he has never failed to help me through whatever health issue I was dealing with. He focuses on keeping me active during recovery rather than prescribing rest only. Life is too short to spend 6 weeks resting every time an ache or pain develops! Recently I began receiving massages from his staff and it is a amazingly worthwhile investment in my overall wellness. Aches and pains I’ve had for years are improving or gone. My range of motion with my joints is better than it has been in decades. The improvement in my quality of life cannot be overstated. I highly recommend Burien Spine & Sports Rehab!

I have been a client here for a couple of years for chiropractic. I have seen several Chiropractors over the years and believe Dr Walters is the most thorough and down to earth Chiropractor I have seen. His associate is also very effective. Last year I started getting regular massage. I have seen 3 or 4 different massage therapists. They all have different styles and techniques. Teresa has a light touch. Robin goes amazingly deep and she is very strong. Stephanie has incredibly smart hands and is very thorough in addressing the problem issues. The one thing they all have in common is their over all excellence. I love that it is a full service chiropractic office. When my therapist found that an adjustment was really necessary, she was able to walk out for a moment and make sure I would be able to see a doctor immediately after my massage. Since I was already loosened up, it was a very smooth adjustment. With the various prepay incentives that Dr Walters offers, I find that the value is excellent. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I have never found the temperature to be uncomfortable regardless of the temperature outside. I can recommend all of the services at this clinic without reservation.
