My partner and I went for a couple's massage, which was a brand new experience for us. They were very helpful, understanding, and gentle. The setting was very relaxing, and we both almost fell asleep during the massage. I would definitely recommend their services to anybody seeking a massage.

This was our second time going here for our couples massage. It was really great. They did start late after already moving my massage time 15 minutes, so I did take away a star for that. But the massage was perfect. Holly was my therapist and she made it a point to ask about pressure, which was great because I HATE telling the therapist I need more pressure. It's so awkward. She hit the right spots, and although she gave me deep pressure, I didn't walk away with crazy bruises like I've had at other places. The spa is kind of in a hallway of the clubhouse at the resort, but you could not hear any of that noise inside the room - which I love. I hate my massage being interrupted by outside noise. Overall, it was great. We'll definitely be back.

Decent massage. The receptionist meets you in the hallway because there is no waiting area. She sits at a table outside of the door on a laptop. The rooms were tiny and there was no clear place to put your shoes and clothes. I tried to tuck them into a corner but I'm pretty sure the massage therapist tripped over my shoes at one point. The rooms are separated by sliding doors (very similar to a closet door) so you can easily hear everything going on in the other rooms. There were people chatting and someone sneezing at multiple points during my session, which was very distracting. All that aside, the massage was average. I have had much better massages for much lower prices. I had a gift certificate for this location but I don't think I will be returning here.

I went for the couples massage. This place is a gem. I loved the massage therapists. The location of the spa is also beautiful. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because it was a small space. But I highly recommend it.

Wonderful couples massage. The setup for the couples massage was a little strange but it allowed us to enjoy our own massages without distracting each other. Our masseuses we wonderful.

I had a massage recently and a facial and it did not go well. The people are very nice. But there were many times during the spa I felt the therapist may have fallen asleep or was reading something. No health information was taken prior to my massage or facial to see if I had any medical conditions or areas of concern. Very odd. Many times I had no hands on my back or one finger but no movement. Unfortunately I will not be back. The walls are very thin and can hear next person.

A-mazing! I found this place by google search and gave it a shot. I hope that they add a page on Trip Advisor soon since i'd love to give them a review through trip advisor as well. We got a great deal on a couples massage through their monthly deal which I would suggest checking out since it seems they add new specials every month. We also got the hot stone add on which again was a good call. So from start to finish. The spa is located on the Wyndham Governor's Green and it is pretty easy to get to from any nearby resort. It isn't really advertised on any signs entering into the resort but it is located in the club building. From google maps it's the building with the pool. I like knowing exactly where things are so for me that was probably the most stressful part of the entire experience. Once you're in the building, they are straight back in a small room. They have three massage tables and all three can be closed off from each other or all opened up. We had two wonderful ladies that were our massage therapists. I can't say I remember their names because I am the worst with names. They were really friendly and did a verbal consult as to what you wanted to do. They also ask about anything to avoid or trouble places and inform you that if anything is too hard to just ask them to lighten up. It is nice that they're not the know it all types that don't listen to their clients. They have some pretty neat beds that are heated for your back. Once they get going though the European style that they provided was just perfect. For me it was my first time but my wife is an old hand at getting massages. As far as I was concerned it was perfect. The therapist chatted for as long as I wanted to but once I kinda zoned out she let me be. I'll just say I feel great and again they def got the correct people working there because they are really really attentive and nice. My wife appreciated that when her therapist hit a really sore spot, the young lady explained what was causing it and some ways to strengthen it up with exercise. Per my wife it was one of the best massages she's ever had and she's been getting them for the past eight years so i'll trust her opinion. Once the massage is done they give you a few minutes to relax in the chair and don't rush you out the door. All and all a super pleasant experience. Hopefully next time we're down we can get a spot again. Oh and we did the hot stone add on which felt awesome so i'd suggest that.

This is our third trip to this spa. We travel down from near DC to treat ourselves. We get the couple's spa that lasts 60 minutes and is very reasonably priced. To start with the place is spotless, which I have to have. The ladies that do the massages are attentive to your every need making sure you are comfortable if the table is warm enough and ask you where it hurts. Then they get to work. I have a bad shoulder and neck and I am still pain free after my massage on Saturday today being Monday. When they are finished you just feel like melted butter. Tori and Nichole are our go to girls. We will be coming every other month to relax and pamper ourselves because frankly, we are worth it.

Received this as a Father's Day gift from my wife and we went together for the couples massage... this was the first time either of us went for massage and we are both sold and will be back here again!!! Received a great deep pressure massage from Holly and my shoulders and back never felt better... highly recommend as very professional staff with quiet relaxing rooms. Only regret is that we did not do the 90 massage as we both felt we could have stayed longer... great experience.

Best massage from Nicole and hands down the best customer service I've experienced in a a very long time. Dan booked me a slot on very short notice and twenty minutes later after rushing in they make me feel at home. Very relaxing atmosphere, I really enjoyed the aromatherapy!! Hot stone massage was incredible! I chatted with Nicole the entire time and she had me laughing quite a bit. Then I chatted with Dan afterwards for a while and I felt as though i was a customer for years with how quickly we got along. I really appreciated my entire experience!!! This is my first time in Williamsburg and I think I found my favorite place :)
