I so appreciate Judi's deep knowledge of the human body and breadth of experience as a masseuse. While she can, of course, provide a lovely, relaxing massage, she is truly skilled at working with me to alleviate painful muscle knots and lessen long term problems. Judi has the skills to reach underlying muscles and she has helped me with upper and lower back issues and offered relief when I was dealing with tennis elbow (from keyboarding). I have also found Judi to be flexible about working me into her schedule when I was in need of immediate relief.

I have been seeing Judi for several years on a regular basis and cannot imagine ever going to anyone else. Time and time again, she provides an intense deep tissue massage. I simply could not compete at the level I do without a regular tune-up by Judi. She is reliable and accomodating with appointments. Her office is easy to access in downtown Burlington.

Judi is simply amazing. I get headaches from tension in my neck and shoulders and a trip to Judi always provides relief. She is very knowledgeable and adjusts the pressure to what you're comfortable with.

I started going to Judi, because I was experiencing migraines and 'cricks' in the neck/upper-back regularly. From a quick internet search, I noticed that Judi was a RN and I thought that she may be more knowledgeable treating my repeating pain, rather than just going to a random masseuse. I was right! Judi was able to help me get over these occurrences in hours rather than several days (and too much Advil). Now (four years later), I continue with her, not because I have continued pain, but because she is so AMAZING that I find myself asking ‘why should I only get a massage when I’m in agony … that is just not right). It may not come with the bells and whistles, but she is so good you will find yourself asking why you pay double to go to a spa for a white robe and a lemon wedge in your water.

What a wonderful experience. From the time I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. I'm a massage therapist myself, and like to think I have very high standards. For the most part, I know what I need in terms of bodywork which can sort of get in my head when I'm getting a massage. I was able to let that go with Judi because she was intuitive and listened to me. I have yet to feel that relaxed and fully addressed with other MTs and I've had many a massage. She also really helped me out at a time of great pain and discomfort. I will definitely be back!

I just had a very unfortunate and rude interaction with Judy and am no longer working with her. I bought a massage for my Partner about 3 weeks ago. She showed up on time to Judi's location. Judi hadn't given her or me instructions on how to get in. The front door, with her sign on it, was locked. My partner knocked, no answer; called, no answer. After a few minutes she left. 5 minutes later, Judi called and said access was in the back door. At that point the time slot didn't work for us anymore so we said we'd reschedule. 3 weeks later (just today), I called to make a new appointment. Judi very curtly and rudely said "Oh she's the one who came and left. I could've filled that slot 3 times over." I said, "you gave no instructions, had a sign on your front door when access is in the back without providing that direction. It was an honest mistake, and this was 3 weeks ago." Her response: "I think you should find another massage therapist." First of all, these communication issues (having a sign saying "enter around back"; giving access instructions, not blaming her customer) are entirely her responsibility. Second, it is HORRIBLE customer service to complain about an honest mistake from both parties weeks later when we called to give her more business. I do not recommend Judi and will be sure to tell others of this bad customer service experience.

I called Judi the day after thanksgiving and she was able to squeeze me in. I have been having extreme cubital tunnel syndrome, aka a nerve in my elbow that allows my pinky and ring finger to grip that's been pinned or trapped. Judi focused on my problem areas and I tell you well well worth the appt. I went to bed that night with no splints and did not wake in pain. I am more than pleased with her skills and knowledge and service. She is also a very sweet person! I am a client now!!
