I came to VT with my husband for a short weekend getaway. I had a very bad knot on my back for a few days that was making it uncomfortable to sleep at night. My husband found this spa. From start to finish my experience was perfect! I didn't want a stuffy, luxury spa. Nancy was my masseuse and she knew exactly what she was doing and took her time with me. The spa was very clean, the staff was professional and warm and the prices very reasonable. By the evening the knot on my back was gone.

This place is a gem! I came across this studio from a quick last minute Google search, and I certainly lucked out! From the initial phone call, to the moment I left, the staff at Calm Moments were super friendly and kind. Rebecca was my massage therapist and she was amazing. She listened closley while I described my trouble areas and worked on them while being careful at avoiding sensitive spots. I could feel my stress and tension melt away in her hands and certainly made an hour fly by fast! I will definitely make sure to come again on my next ski trip! Thank you so much!

We booked therapeutic massages with Irene and Nancy while we were vacationing in the Okemo area. Their set up is very nice. The prices are good and they certainly do not charge as much as a full blown spa experience. If you are looking to get a good massage without all the luxury spa extras they are a great choice. They are both pleasant, down to earth people who give good massages.
