Lindsay (spelling?) is fantastic. I previously saw a few different therapists after MVA x 2 (not at Elements), but had a hard time finding someone who just "got it". She does. I hardly ever even need to mention a preference or request change in pressure-- she's intuitive and she's good! There's also a really sharp and kind brunette who seems to run the front during the day; she is super as well. Make massages a part of your regular routine! You won't regret it.

The front desk help is gracious, friendy and accomodating. No complaints from them, even if I have to reschedule more than once. Lydia gives a great massage and has many different types of massage skils that help me. She has great insights and tips and is always willing to share. This company provides a good environment for guests and employees. Employees to learn from each other, share best practices and gain new certifications and they bring new things to your massage that they learned. So worth the money!

Went in for a prenatal massage with a one of the male therapist. While it was the most relaxing massage it got the job done. I was having pretty bad back rib pain every evening and in just 1 massage we worked out whatever was wrong and over a week later my back ribs are not hurting at all. The front desk staff are so welcoming and accommodating. I've only ever had Tiffany massage me and she's never given me a reason to even want to try out other therapists! She is great at asking questions and communicating with me to make sure I'm getting the most out of my massage. She has such a warm, friendly personality and I swear she massages muscles I didn't know I had. I've had many massages from many different therapists and Tiffany is by far my favorite. The prices are extremely fair and the loyalty program really is worth it if you get massages often. You can even put your loyalty massages on gift cards and give them as gifts. Whether you've never been massaged and you're just wanting to try it or you're a regular, Elements is going to take care of you. If you're ever not satisfied, for whatever reason, all you have to do is tell them and they will make it right.

This is by far the most professional massage studio I have ever been to. They are very thorough and detailed in giving information about what your body/muscles needs. I got a massage from Nora, and she did a fantastic job. These guys really try to match you up with the perfect masseuse by asking you what style and pressure level you prefer when you book your appointment! If I was someone that needed a massage every month, their wellness program seems like a pretty good deal too.

Very fair pricing, and very friendly staff. They treat you well. The therapists are hit or miss. I've tried a few different and some are better than others. They listen to you and try to meet your goals for the session. Subtracted two stars because a couple massages were very inconsistent and one was ineffective. In one they stopped several minutes early and started a couple minutes late even though I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment. Added one star back because they are great about getting you in on short notice, and they worked with me on my Groupon so it would be accepted even though I screwed up communicating. Overall I do recommend.

It's super quiet and peaceful. And the ambiance is divine. I'm the type of person to notice right away how clean a room is - this whole building is immaculate (even the bathrooms!). That's a big plus for me in making me feel welcome in a place I'm going to be talking off all my clothes. My therapist, Lynette, was perfect. My body felt so good after my massage from her. I have sore muscles from working out and back pain from a car accident. This is just the therapy I needed. Emily is another amazing massage therapist I've had. I highly recommend both Lynette and Emily, but from what I've heard ALL the therapists at Elements are top notch!

The ambience of this location is very nice. The staff was super friendly, in fact one of the staff members stood up from the desk when we entered the door, we really noticed that. And then they offered us a water. This was our first time here, and I bought a package for me and my wife’s anniversary. Since she’s pregnant we got her the prenatal massage. She really enjoyed that, and I enjoyed mine as well. I pre-paid so that we could just leave when we were complete. We arrived 15 minutes early to do the standard paperwork as a new customer. However, with my wife having English as a second language, it took a little bit more time for her to fill out the paperwork, which cut into our massage time. Hindsight, it would’ve been nice to have taken the paperwork home and brought it back already filled out, if that’s an option. Afterwords, you have a consultation with your therapist, and that was very nice.

I usually get my massages in the evening and I love that they will get my bill all squared before I go in, so afterwards I get to head home and not worry about anything. I have only had one bad massage here, (and they were quick to correct it!) U have always been satisfied with their overall experience! Lynnette is AWESOME, (especially for deep pressure massage) All of the massage therapists I have had focus on the areas I mention, but also find and work on other tight areas throughout my body, and what to do to remedy those when I leave. They all are fantastic at checking in during the massage, asking if I wanted more or less pressure, the heated massage table turned up, etc. The facilities are also clean and relaxing, the low lighting in the massage rooms and the calm music is nice as well. Everyone I have come across working here is professional, I recommend Elements to any friends who are looking for a massage!

My husband and I really enjoyed our massage therapists who were fun and skilled. We had a Groupon and if the cost was the Groupon cost each time, I'd say this place is fantastic. Unfortunately, the standard cost is a lot more than that and costs as much as other true spas like Kura Door and Sego Lily which have much better amenities and atmospheres. I'd recommend you try it if you can get a good deal.

The Real Deal Horses

Totally worth it! I work three jobs and constantly on my feet everyday. I passed their place last month and got the money I needed for an hour massage. And they had me fill out all of the paperwork and what main parts that I wanted more attention. I nearly fell asleep during the massage because of how great it was especially with the hot stones. When I was done, I felt so relaxed and so free from all of the tension and pain that was gone because of it. They talked to me about my back, knees and shoulders. They recommended that I come back every four weeks and I will for sure do my best to go. I recommend this place to anyone!!!!

I love how thorough everyone is at Elements Massage. It was my first time visiting and when I first booked my appointment they asked questions about what I wanted to get out of the massage. The same was done by the receptionist and my therapist. During the massage, my therapist made sure I was comfortable and asked if I wanted more treatment in certain areas before moving on. This place is awesome! I got my massage off of a Groupon. I went in and the place is very nice, clean, and has a great vibe. The staff was very friendly and nice. They even ask for your preference of male or female. I really love that they are open later as well since that's usually when I can go. The price for the massage was amazing too. They also offer a member discount which is still an awesome deal. I don't think I will be going anywhere else for future massages. I would highly recommend this place.

Monthly massage? Yes please! Better terms than those other places that offer monthly programs, too. This location, at least, is always clean, and they have tons of options (heated bed? Hot towels? Music too loud? Lights too Bright?).

Best massage I’ve ever had! Alma is amazing! She’s extremely knowledgeable and kind. She was very attentive to my body and has a special touch. The hot towels on my feet and upper back made me feel like I was in heaven. Booked my appointment and trusted her suggestion for my future massage treatment. Her deep tissue massages are the best! I don't have a lot of 5 star reviews in my reviews. But they clearly deserve it. The pricing structure is very reasonable, damn near cheap if you look into the membership prices. The staff were incredibly helpful in identifying which massage therapist would be the best fit for me based on the issues I was dealing with. I was asked on the phone to go over my pain and issues. I was asked again when I checked in, although in more detail and specifics. And again by the therapist. Now for the massage. I won't say it was the most relaxing massage I've had. It wasn't. But it was exactly what I needed. Lizzy kept communicating with me about pressure, pain, and progress through out the massage. She was very attentive to my areas with issues (I have many) but she also did a great job trying to offer a relaxing massage when working the areas that don't have problems. I've had many massages over the years. None were as thorough or directly addressed my problem areas as this one. Typically, even with a great review, I have some sort of feed back for the company to help improve the experience. I don't have any. Maybe the light in the room was a bit bright? That was on me though, it was clearly explained that any changes I wanted to the table, sound, lighting, massage, warmth, cold, even smell were available, I just had to mention it. Seriously, I was blown away by the professionalism and quality of the staff, setting, and therapist.

I like that they take a personal interest in my health and remember me and my concerns. I also like the recommendations that they give me each time. When Hugh talked about the health benefits of massage I decided to add it to my regular health regimen. I really enjoy the membership option as well.
