Absolutely phenomenal! Rachel and Ben were amazing, and the Southern Comfort package was one of the best spa deals I've ever had. Our treatments were so relaxing we both almost fell asleep, and the lunch we got afterwards was delicious! I would go on more, but after that experience, I'm ready to relax & take a nap.

Called multiple days in a row at various time, and no one answered the phone. Left VMs, and never received a call back. This place has consistent positive reviews, so I'm not sure what the issue is. Will look elsewhere.

I have been to O.Liv a few times, and every single time is a wonderful experience. When I get a massage, atmosphere is just as important to me as the quality of the massage. I love the decor, mood, and general atmosphere of this place. Recently, I had Melissa as my massage therapist, and she was wonderful! She took the time to listen to my needs, and focused on the areas I requested. I also believe the prices of services are extremely affordable with the quality of services you receive! Not to mention, I was greeted with an offer for a glass of wine! I always feel so relaxed there. Picking out your own olive oil mixture is such a unique experience too!

The best day spa experience I have ever had!! I left feeling relaxed and pampered. The entire staff was welcoming, pleasant and accommodating. The mud lounge is a must! I had the Bless your Heart package and I was in massage heaven. I will be going back and I highly reccomend this little piece of Nirvana in East Nashville.

This hidden gem is beyond cute, the decor makes you want to run and redecorate your own room, the waiting room is quaint with tea and you instantly feel relaxed. I can not thank you enough for the BEYOND amazing Rockstar treatment!! From massage, to hot stones, to scalp massage to hot oil hair treatment- you feel beyond amazing. Angela and Maryanne's expert hands put us in a different state of relaxation and words cannot describe the experience. It was like getting all the services in one treatment- we didn't want it to stop! Rachel and Marie work with Eminence Organics to customize your facial needs, the body treatments are customized with your very own essential oil blends and the treatments are therapeutic, detoxing, stress relieving and a total necessity for today's busy schedule. We cannot wait to return to book another Rockstar and add an organic facial next time. Again- a hidden gem in Nashville, TN!

I booked the signature o.liv facial together with the back facial. The esthetician, Rachel Lee, did an amazing job. The atmosphere was warm and cozy and Rachel was very informative and accommodating. Wonderful experience, would highly recommend. My only regret was not booking a massage in addition to my facial.

Found this place through searching reviews and so happy I did. Booked three months out for various packages for a group of seven, so each one of my friends could pamper themselves in their own way. Took some fenagaling, along with some back and forth, but completely worth it. The staff was so helpful and attentive in presenting options and clarifying what was in different packages. When we arrived had the opportunity to lounge in the cutest sitting area with formal tea cups (nice touch) and flavored water. Each girl raved about their service from the mini packages, to the deep massage. The staff was warm and this was such a unique experience that I am unsure could be replicated. Not your run of the mill hotel spa and I loved it. Also, there was a cute gift area in the front and several of us found some trinkets to take home to remember the trip. Overall relaxing, therapeutic and unique.

Omg ! Is a must have. So relaxing. Came here on my birthday! Got to sip and pick out some relaxing oil for my massage. Also enjoy mud/ sauna. I kid you not I slept good that night and the next day!!!! So worth it.

Can't describe how incredible this place is. Have visited twice and both times it was magical. My boyfriend and I got the special that included a meal after our facials and massages and lunch was delicious. The best part of our experience was playing with the dog that hangs out at the shop. She is amazing. Highly recommend.

Guys. This place is the epitome of what you would picture a bohemian spa. A cozy and quiet atmosphere and a perfect place to be able to unwind and relax. Put all those worries and stress aside. The staff are absolutely wonderful and very friendly! They help create the experience and make it as enjoyable as possible. Five stars for sure!

This is my favorite spa in Nashville by FAR. My sister and I got massages with Angela and Ben then we did the mud lounge. The front desk girl Zoe greeted us at the front and took us on a tour. She was just lovely!! Our massages were PHENOMENAL and the therapists were both very informative and nice. The manager Dawn brought us wine after our services and was so helpful the entire time we were there. I cannot reccomend this place enough!!!

Went and booked a mud lounge session. It’s essentially a shower and a steam room and you put clay on yourself and sit in the steam room for 20 minutes. The only reason I am giving them a low rating is because I felt that it was not a spa-like atmosphere. The staff was friendly, but the layout was strange and uncomfortable.

Amazing experience, very relaxing and felt like such luxury. I had a massage from Melissa and it was the best massage I have ever had. Love that they do the body bar where you get to choose the essential oils in your massage oil. Can't wait to go back.

I was disappointed by my recent experience here. I had a massage here about a year ago, which was good outside of the fact that the relaxing spa music in my room cut off, so I went ahead and booked another this week. Unfortunately, the same thing happened this time around! When I asked if we could turn the music back on, the masseuse said that their wifi often cut off and she couldn't do much about it. That wouldn't be a problem in and of itself, but their walls are thin. I could hear conversations and laughter in next room, music coming from the lobby, and the occasional loud car passing by. It wasn't a relaxing environment, which is what I was paying for. In addition, I asked twice for the massage pressure to be firm, and that request either wasn't understood or was ignored by the masseuse, so I left feeling as though I'd barely been massaged. All in all, I was looking for a relaxing environment, and didn't feel that's what I was given.

Neat little place. Tried the mud bar, becasue it was unique and not offered really anywhere else I have seen. I enjoyed it. It is not for the body conscious. Really just a bifurcated room, with one side having the steam room and showers, and the other a space to apply the mud. You do have the space to yourself. My massage was very nice. I tried the tame the mane, heads up, make sure you wear clothes you don't mind getting oil on. And make sure you have someway to secure your hair afterwards.

A bit of a mixed experience for us. My spouse booked, as a surprise for my birthday, massages for us and the mud lounge. We were traveling to Nashville as a celebration of my birthday and this was part of the gift. My massage started 30 minutes before his and when it concluded still found him sitting in the lounge as his masseuse went home sick. Of course, no one can predict things like this and life happens. The spa did comp us for some services which is appreciated, but as you can imagine the whole "we're getting massages thing" didn't happen as planned. The mud lounge was lovely and we did enjoy it. However, it's mud and all that goes with it like a shower after, which meant a wet head. I went to use the ladies room to dress and dry my hair, except you can't dry your hair there. Apparently its too loud for other guests. That would have been very helpful information to know BEFORE taking a mud lounge and shower. I looked at the FAQs online and found nothing about the no hair dryer policy. I just assumed....every other spa I've ever attended has facilities for guest to pretty up after services. We had a whole day planned in Nashville, it was 40 degrees and windy and I had a wet head. I understand the whole massage experience but they need to think through the whole thing from end to end. Parts were nice but my spouse not getting a massage and inadequate facilities for guests to prepare themselves to reenter the world left us feeling a little flat about what was supposed to be a nice gift.

Truly amazing! I've been to spas all over the USA, some in luxury hotels and nothing was as incredible as today. The massage therapist and esthetician are truly pros at there craft and are clearly comfortable with the body. I wish I lived in Nashville so I could make this my spa home. Plus the décor is adorable, best day spa decor ever! Thanks for a truly pampering afternoon, from a mom of two littles, I needed it!

I came to get an eyebrow wax & a Brazilian. I left feeling like my overall experience was pretty good but I got home to change & realized that there are patches of hair that were not removed. I would share a picture showing how poorly it was done but for obvious reasons I can’t.. the only reason I am giving 2 stars is that the lady who did it was professional & nice.

I recently visited Oliv on a vacation in Nashville and was absolutely blown away! I got the "Mini Martini" for a little R&R and it was incredibly relaxing and very affordable. The ambiance of the shop was chic but not pretentious, and the owner was so sweet and knowledgeable! I left feeling like a queen! Best spa experience thus far!!!

Facial was outstanding. Mud lounge session could be much improved, with some easy ‘fixes’... Otherwise it’s unlikely there’s many repeat-visitors. Put some eucalyptus in the steam or some scent, to create more than a locker room experience. Have some background spa-music for atmosphere... and to buffer the noise of washer/dryer/doors. Most importantly, provide sufficient towels! One of us had to get robed and wander to lobby to ask for one (which completely diminished the warm, relaxing feel). 1 towel is needed to sit on tile in steam, 1 is needed after the shower.

The front desk receptionist was so incredibly rude (and refused to apologize or acknowledge that she was rude) that I felt relaxation was out of the question. I left without a massage and emailed the owner. The owner not only took more than a week to respond (even though her email opened with acknowledgement that her employee told her of my dissatisfaction immediately) she stated that the receptionist told her a different story. The owner did not apologize for my experience nor did she offer any reason for me to return, so I most definitely will not be returning. I warn you to take your business elsewhere!

I love the charm of this place! The relaxing ambiance is matched by the professional services of their amazing staff. I've been several times and can recommend the Eminence Organic Berrylicious Sugar Massage and the Mud Lounge. If you're with a friend and looking for a special day of R&R, I can also recommend their spa packages! We did the Sweet Southern Comfort package for my friend's birthday - it included a hot stone massage with extra shots from the body bar, a sugar scrub, a Tame the Mane scalp massage, a deliciously local lunch and a takeaway of hair oil. Perfect day! Why not treat yourself?

My sister and I had a weekend in Nashville planned including massages and facials. On the way in we were stuck in traffic for an hour and a half. We had given ourselves a 45 min buffer but there was no way we would make our appointment. We called and spoke with Chelsea who canceled our massage and said she would speak to her manager and call us back. When she called back she asked if we might still be able to make our facial appointments. We told her we wanted to and would certainly do our best to be there. Shortly after ending the call the accident was cleared and we were able to make our appointment. Although the policy states that if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged the Manager took the circumstances into consideration and charged us a small fee for the missed massage appointments. The facial I had done by Rachel was WONDERFUL! An upper body massage was included. I told her "I am no longer so sad about missing my massage". I also had microdermabrasion done. She took it to just the correct level. My skin was just a little pink after & felt wonderful. The pink resolved by nightfall. Sorry so wordy.

Wow..just wow! I had the pleasure of seeing Melissa today and she was so so fantastic. I went In for microdermabrasion and a peel and she put me on another planet. I wanted to hug her after our session, another level of comfort with this beautiful soul. Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. Will be visiting again. A plus (to me) is no one tried to push products on me after my session. I had the opportunity to ask questions, which were answered beautifully and had the chance to look around at the products they offered on my own. Wonderful people doing wonderful work.
