I've had two massages here both at unbeatable prices. 1 hour deep tissue with a 15 dollar tip ran me $60. Massages stay cheap if you go rather frequently. Both times my masseuse was confident and created an inviting calm atmosphere. Both times, my wife went with me and the guys talked her ear off, which is NOT what she wanted but my experiences have been perfect. I do kind of wish you could schedule over the phone. We were having trouble with our internet browser and when i tried to schedule over the phone, the receptionist said I need to schedule online.

Got my husband a massage from focus 4 for his birthday and his massage therapist was John. My husband really appreciated the pressure and relaxing setting there and told me that he would also like me to go when John is available. However scheduling wise, It is nice to be able to see which date and time is available online and all but for first timers/ regular clients (return customers within 2 months), there's price difference and was not sure how to change the price online so I had to call instead. I would be happy to be their regular customer.

Front desk was chaos. It seemed like nobody knew what they were doing or talked to each other. They weren't very friendly. They put all our info. Under someone else's name and then made us fill it out all over again. The massage was just okay. Atmosphere was not peaceful or relaxing. Definitely would not recommend.

My neck and shoulders were feeling tight as I drove across town to run some errands. Then I remembered that at Christmas, I had prepaid for 2 massages and had not yet used them. Hoping fervently but not expecting much, I called Focus4Massage to see if they had any openings today. The recording encouraged me to download their app, and I did so. WOW! It was so easy! The best part was that a very skillful massage therapist was available in an hour, so I booked it. I walked in the door and while I was waiting, checked to see whether the hour after mine might be free-- and it was, with the same massage therapist. So my tense muscles are gone, and I was delighted with their skill and service. ps: I think that weekdays are much less busy than weekends, so you might not get the instantaneous service I had today, but you will still be very glad that you went!

As someone who experiences regular tension headaches, untouchable by medication, I consider massage a necessity, not a luxury. The difficulty is finding a place where I can get a quality (no fluff) massage at a reasonable price. I'm also a small woman and find many therapists are unwilling to go deep enough to work out the knots in my neck for fear of hurting me. Focus 4 Massage has amazing therapists and amazing prices, especially if you're a regular client! We are a single-income family, and we have to carefully budget. My wife and I had a couple's massage this week to start our vacation. Sounded like a great way to de-stress and relax. Not so much. My massage wasn't bad, but wasn't good either. I left feeling the same as when I went in. My wife, on the other hand, was limping for two days after whatever the masseuse did to her lower back. It wasn't the good kind of hurt you get when something needed to get worked out. It just hurt her. Won't be going back.

I just received the worst massage I have ever had in 11 years experience (I am also a licensed therapist). My "therapist" was Kaneesha. I seriously question her credentials and training after my experience with her. Everything about the massage was OFF. She tried the jostling technique but was just awkwardly shaking my body. She obviously never heard of using only 5g of pressure on someone's skull, as she dug her fingers into my head so deeply I left with a headache. She skimmed over most body parts and then would stop and press a finger or thumb into random spots on my body (like my intercostals). I wish so much now I would have just gotten off the table and asked for my money back, but I had driven an hour to get this massage and just wanted nothing more than to relax and feel good. I guess I was hoping it would get better, but I'm kicking myself now as my body and spirit felt much worse after this terrible experience. To add insult to injury, the massage was only 50 min long, but I was obviously still charged as though it were 60. An odd sign at the counter stated at length that if your therapist was not good for you, to try another (they have 20). This makes sense to me after what I just received, but why on earth I'd gamble my time and money to come back and hope that their other 19 therapists could do better is ludicrous.

You also can’t beat the benefit of discounted prices for returning within a certain amount of days. They have a great deal with new clients too. It’s not a spa in the slightest. My Therapist was Richmond, he was the one available at the time that was good for me, and I am not sure I could have better person for my first massage. He explained everything, told me what he was about to do and made me feel very comfortable. I walked out feeling better and knowing more about my problem and what to do to help w/the pain in the future. The online registration was easy and a great way to pay and schedule your appointment. I would highly recommend this and plus you save some $ by doing this vs. on the phone. I have already booked a second massage.

My I booked a couple's massage (60 minutes) for my husband and I over Veteran's Day weekend and we both really enjoyed it! We had Kacie and Christina and they asked about our problems areas first and made sure to address those places during the massage. The atmosphere inside is not "spa like" so if that is what you desire, don't go here. However, if you want a really good massage for a great price, this is the place. If we ever visit Chattanooga again, we will be going back!

We searched for massage places near by and decided to give Focus 4 Massage a try. The massage was EXCELLENT!!!! Seriously, better than the one I had in Cancun in a 5 star hotel's spa. They took the time to ask what areas we needed special focus on. Definitely recommend this place!

It has been about 3 years since I last received a massage here because it is not conveniently located for me, but I took advantage of a gift certificate today and am very glad I did. The facility and the staff have expanded since my last visit, and the whole experience was very enjoyable. I didn't know any of the therapists when booking online, so I just took whoever was available at the time I needed, and I am so happy I got Eamon. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and has wonderfully strong hands for deep tissue work. I felt very comfortable in his care and look forward to future appointments with him.

I love these guys! I have nerve damage in my leg and back from a car wreck years ago and Cynthia has always been great at helping me with those damaged areas. Most days I can't feel one of my legs but after a session with her I can feel all of my toes. She's great at working the knots out of my muscles and restoring circulation in my leg for much needed pain relief. The prices are also great too.
