I wish this was going to be a good review, but unfortunately it’s not! I had a massage schedule for today, I called to reschedule due to a death in the family! Brittney proceeds to tell me there’s a cancellation fee to reschedule, at this time I’m explaining it’s not a cancellation just wanted to move the date. She tells me it looks like her manager left a voicemail explaining the cancellation fee. Etc.. I’m not sure if she did not understand when I told her I DID NOT receive a voicemail from anyone! She becomes argumentative like this was a lie! Then Brittney tells me “oh maybe there was a problem with there phone system”! This would’ve been my first visit here and I’m actually glad I did not get to make it with this type of phone experience, I would hate to see the in person experience. I offered to bring my phone to show there was not a voicemail she did not respond to that! Unprofessional experience!! If I could pick no stars I would!

Great massage, but beware of sales tactics where they won't let you out of the contract. I cancelled my membership six months ago, but they only suspended the account. So, unknowingly to me, they've been charging me for the past three months. The manager was completely unapologetic and told me I needed to terminate the policy which I THOUGHT I had already done! They refuse to reimburse me. I'M so done! Don't lock in to their monthly contract!!!!!!

I'm 57 years young and feel very strong and healthy most of the time. I hurt my right shoulder during a workout about 8 months ago when I increased my weight's. It started out so painful I could not use it without being in pain. So I began my healing by cutting back on weight's and eliminating certain exercises that hurt the shoulder. Asking the Lord for wisdom and healing it was slowly getting better. But still in pain I thought a message might help, so I had a couple. Then in June I made an appointment to see a doctor at the end of July. I thought I would try another message so I went to Elements to try them. When Victoria got through with a deep tissue message I felt amazing. I told her about my shoulder and she worked on that and it felt so much better. I couldn't wait to get back in to see her again. After my second session with Victoria I'm very encouraged in thinking I may not need to keep that doctors appointments.

Sarah at the front desk was a pleasure to work with, from booking to the day of getting checked in. These ladies make the process seamless for the clients. Also, Sara my masseuse was extremely accommodating for my personal sensitivities and preferences. Anytime I needed different pressure she would change courses accordingly. I will definitely be back and I hope other will seek out this studio for their next massage.

I have pondered if I should write this review or not for some time. And as an owner I would want to know if someone was misrepresenting my brand. I hope the owner of this particular location is aware of the way the store manager comes off to clients. Sarah is rude and talks to clients as though they are not worth her time and do not have the funds to shop there. One can only assume she is a family member of the owner by the way she talks down to people. If one of my employees talked or behaved in such a matter to customers I would be thoroughly embarrassed. She should not assume people can not afford a membership based off of detailed questions being asked. There are many massage establishments nearby and many are just as talented. My advice to the owner would be to implement secret shoppers to address this issue. I am sure the location does well enough to not need mine or anyone in my circles business. Glad to have nothing to do with the place.

I went in desperate for neck and shoulder pain relief. I not only left feeling incredible relief but Luna was amazing at making sure I was in complete peace while she worked. I am returning on Monday for 90 minutes and signed up for the wellness program. For knots, I was recommended to Luna, Lydia, Ani, or David. Hope this helps!

This is a locally owned and operated business. The owner is on site and accessible and the staff is professional and well trained. I would give it a five but I'm waiting for some more comfortable music in the massage room. I know it's a small request and I know it will be addressed. A great place I highly recommend it

The massage I received was definitely the best I have ever had! The therapist (Ashley) was wonderful. She took the time to ask questions to find out where my problem areas were and then made sure they were addressed. I felt great upon leaving and look forward to coming back! Policies are more important than you. - I purchased a 1-hour massage session online the evening of Tuesday April 2nd. I then followed the instructions on the confirmation form and called the store to schedule my appointment for that evening. The woman answering the phone ( I believe her name is Brittany, unless multiple people answer the phone) told me there were no available appointments that night, but could be scheduled for the next morning. I needed an appointment that night, so I called the Brentwood location and was able to book an appointment for that night. I then called the Murfreesboro location back and said I needed to cancel my appointment for the next day since I was able to book at the Brentwood location. I asked if I could use the same online payment and she said no, so I asked for a refund of the $69 I paid online, and she said that I was all set. Thursday, April 18th, I called to ask why my refund never processed and Brittany said she would call me back after consulting co-workers and the owner. She then called me back and told me that no one would have told me I could get a refund for a "gift card", and furthermore the original "gift card" could have been redeemed at the Brentwood location since they are connected in a network. Unfortunately, I never intended on purchasing a "gift card" for a future massage, only for the appointment that day when I was in need of one. - The owner called this morning, but if I have any advice, get everything in writing. Who knows if what they say over the phone will hold up later. - The company mission statement: "The Elements Way® is the only way to truly experience customized, personalized massage therapy." In direct contradiction, it would seem your company has provided me with a very mass-produced, conventional and disappointing excuse for massage therapy. Enjoy your steadfast policy. Your behavior is revolting.

Edited: a received a really nice call from the magaer and she was super understanding and apologetic. Thank you for calling! Just finished a massage at Elements Murfreesboro with Shaina. She was wonderful and did a great job. Because this was my first time at the location, I received a first time discount which was great and I was so excited for the massage for my birthday! I arrived three minutes late at 4:03, as I booked the appt only 20 mins before the appt time was to begin (last minute cancellation). The massage began at 4:16, and ended at 5:22. It was supposed to be a 90 minute massage, but still I was ok with this. Throughout the last 2/3 of the massage there was consistent banging on the wall from the vendor next door. It was so unpleasant. Shaina did a nice job, but the entire experience was just not relaxing at all due to the banging. Because of this the front desk took 10 dollars off the price. I still feel like I paid way too much for a 1:08 minute massage with loud banging noises for most of the massage. Again- Shaina did a nice job though.

My husband received a relaxation massage and throughly enjoyed it. They were able to relieve the majority of his muscle tension in his neck and shoulders. He was very pleased with his service. I, on the other hand, received a prenantal massage. While Lydia was wonderful, the massage was not what I expected, as the facility does not have prenatal tables that allow the mother to lay on her stomach. I received my massage lying sideline while holding onto a large body pillow. I was never able to fully relax, as I was worried about dropping the pillow. She was also not able to use as much pressure as I would have desired due to the sideline position. We did finish the massage with me laying on my back with a large wedge, which was comfortable for the legs and feet portion of the massage. Lastly, I was disappointed as well because we took so much of my massage time finding comfortable positions vs. actually getting a massage.

Had a very weak massage here after requesting deep tissue work. Granted I am picky about massages, but I just don’t see how anyone benefits from a gentle rub down. Massages should hurt at least a little. No pain no gain is oh so true when it comes to massages...

I cannot remember the girls name that give me a massage but when she came in to do the massage, the whole room smelled like cigarette butts, because she had just come in from a smoking break. So I had to smell that the entire time! She rubbed on my back with her arms at one point and I'm guessing that she shaves her arms, because the stubble was scratching the skin on my back. Not very really relaxing. Overall, the massage felt as though she has only been doing it for a couple weeks..if that! Smh. I gave a star, because the place was clean and had a relaxing environment but I think I just got the wrong therapist. Therapists should not be allowed smoking breaks, right before a massage.

As a 2 year client I love my therapist Abi, but I'm over the scheduling & people not doing their job! This is not the first time this has happened & I just let it roll off, but not this time! (see appt. confirmation) I get there & was told my appt. wasn't until next week. Really?? I knew something was odd that I didnt get an email reminder or call, but I assumed that was because yesterday was a holiday. This is the busiest time of the year for me work & like everyone else, schedule this out so that it works & blends with every day life & work schedule. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I've not said anything about the past happenings, but now I am. You are about to LOSE a client if this ever happens again! People taking phone appointment obviously need more training or take their job a little more serious. I keep all my confirmations, see attached. If you've booked an appt., you best CONFIRM it before arriving!!
