The massages are great but the scheduling and canceling of you subscription are a pain. You can only cancel with one person so if you took a few minutes out of your busy day to go cancel and that person isn't there well you just wasted your time... Then they tried to tell me that my membership was suspended and I couldn't use sessions I had already paid for.

I used a gift card I was gifted and was not impressed. I will say the staff is so friendly but the massage itself was weak. I told her I needed her to work out knots I get deep in my muscles, instead she just rubbed my back through the blanket. Can’t say I’ve ever had a massage like this.

I got a gift card for here. I received a massage right before my wedding and let the massage therapist know I wanted to have a relaxing massage. First my hour long appointment was at 9 and I wasn't grabbed until about 9:10 so after all the questions, my massage didn't start until 9:15-9:20. When she finished, I got up and the clock said 9:50. Not close to an hour long massage. It felt so rushed and not relaxing at all. I've had massages at other spas and they book me out for at least an hour and fifteen minutes so I get my time and money's worth. I've had a massage at ME in the past that I liked but this was awful and I won't be recommending anyone here.

I have now been to both locations and I must say, I am loving this place. The one by target on the east side was great and I was pleased to have an equally great experience at this location. My membership is the best thing I've done.

I had made an appt for myself and two of my friends for Tuesday the following week. I found out that I might have jury duty. I called on Saturday and the lady that answered the phone said I could either cancel or she would charge me if I was not able to make it. I then get a phone call on Sunday advising that one of the massage therapist couldn't make it. So your going to charge me, if I have jury duty but now one of your therapist can't make it?! Needless to say I cancelled and gave my business to someone else. They lost out on 3 people's business in one shot.

Thank you Dion for the best massage I could ask for! I just got out from my session. I am a mom and yesterday i got the chance to have someone babysit my daughter for a couple of days. I took this precious chance and called massage envy yesterday who signed me up for a session today with Dion. I have been looking forward to going to massage envy for a long time; since my delivery. I needed a professional massage to help relieve my back pain and neck pain. She did an excellent job and worked on every spot that I asked her to work on. I feel refreshed and ready to go back home and chase my little one who started crawling just recently.

Very disappointing. My "one hour" massage was 12 MINUTES SHORT of that. I find that to be an extreme discrepancy. Note that I arrived 20-30 minutes before my appointment time, so the fault is not mine. I voiced my concern upon checkout. Their compensation was to leave $5 on my one hour massage gift card. What am I supposed to do with that? I also contacted them through their website about my frustration AND answered a survey they emailed me post-visit in which I requested to be contacted. It's been two days since my website contact and over 24 hours since I filled out their survey. I have yet to hear back. Besides the massage being much shorter than it should be, the pressure was too light despite my request for more pressure three times. Also, my original appointment was cancelled on me the day it was supposed to take place, so I had to reschedule to a less convenient, delayed time. To be fair, the facilities are clean, and I like the washcloths for drying your hands in the bathroom. Their introductory (first time only) massage rate is low, but it's expensive after that if you don't become a member.

Well my girlfriend and I went to a couples massage a week ago....we were running late because we had to run to a nearby town last minute for something with our child....I called thinking we would need to reschedule but we were told it that it was OK and our hour massage would start when we arrived and we would get the entire hour...we were 20 min late and people were very friendly and things were going well...they wrapped up our massage and we were thinking that the hour went very quickly...we even tipped both therapists....after we left we realized that they had only done a half hour but charged us for 2 hour massages...I called and said we were told wrong and that since we were late they only gave us a half hour and there was nothing they could do...this was not a manager talking either...I would rather have rescheduled...we had to book over a month out because of a couples massage and I took the day off from work....I decided to send an email to make sure this was brought to a managers attention and after a week no response...I think this is very poor service and will not recommend them to anyone...rip-off.. Don't do it!

My monthly relaxation destination! Great massage and facials provided by experienced, professional staff. Wide variety of appointments so I can fit either (or both!) services into my schedule after work or during the weekend. I have been a member for 2 years and highly recommend this business!
