My husband gave me a gift certificate to have a massage at Willow Tree Massage Therapy and I am extremely glad that he did. The office is welcoming and homey and the service is even better. After my massage, I left feeling so rejuvenated and relaxed. I tell all my friends about how great this place is, my husband ended up going for a massage soon after I had gone and was equally as happy. I can't wait to go back!

I have been to this establishment several times in the past year , and each time I've been pretty disappointed. I was extremely let down after my first visit but to give her the benefit of the doubt i even tried two of her different services "specialties" just to see if she could deliver in one area better than the other. Basically I feel there is a lack of expertise here in some of the areas the therapist claims to "specialize" in. I will not say which therapist it was, but she was not knowledgeable or experienced enough in either of the areas she advertises claiming to specialize in, she actually created more tension in my body than I had before I arrived. So after being thoroughly unimpressed with the first therapist I decided to give another therapist who had great reviews a chance. I will not name her either, but not only did she NOT address my area of concern (after clearly discussing the dire need in the intake interview prior to, then, subtly suggesting them during the session......and finally PRACTICALLY BEGGING her by the end of the session), not only was this simple request ignored, she responded to me rudely when I desperately tried to express my pain and need for her to focus on that area! I am writing this review out of total and utter frustration as to why no one here has been able to perform the simple task of listening to what I'am asking them to do or not do and treating me accordingly. I don't understand how a massage therapist or person in this type of caregiver or "healing" profession can keep clients if they are not willing to listen to their paying clients wishes or polite constructive criticism. On a positive note, one of the two therapists I tried was very friendly and has a sweet caring energy about her, but that is not adequate substitute for clinical knowledge, real life experience and expertise. I would not recommend this place for people with my needs, if you want to just lay down and go to sleep in a relaxing environment and have no special requests then you may love this place (being that it is quite beautiful and has a nice tranquil energy about it) but if you want a specialty massage or have any specific concerns that you'd like to address, you may not be pleased with your experience here, as I certainly was not.

I have gone to Willow Tree for about a year. I stumbled upon Sara when I was looking for a relaxing massage and occasional relief from aches caused by running. Sara has a very relaxing touch and at the same time relieves any soreness or stiffness in my muscles. She also has a lovely personality. I'm pregnant now and have continued with prenatal massages that are also very relaxing. I have also seen Sharon at times and she is consistently good as well. I think the place is a gem for small town Fort Mill.

Amazing staff and experience. Sharon is great for a relaxing and soothing massage, Christine is amazing for blending relaxation and therapy, and Anna has the ability to completely break down any knots and give excellent recommendations on root causes for back pain and how to mitigate them. All of the massage therapists that work there are very professional and listen to your symptoms to give you the best massage possible. I have never had a bad experience!

Last summer, as a new Charlotte resident, I searched for an affordable and inviting place to receive a pre-natal massage. I found Willow Tree, who had availability as well as great ratings. I was more than please with my first visit. It is quaint and the staff is super friendly! I have been back multiple times, both solo and with my husband, for massages while pregnant and not pregnant. I would recommend Willow Tree to anyone in the area! Great people and great service. Worth every penny :)

I have been going to Willow Tree Massage Therapy since the day they opened their doors. Typically, I see Sara but have also seen Sharon on a couple of visits. They are hands-down by far the best massage therapist I have been to. They are highly trained and educated in massage therapy. They are knowledgeable about the body and they know exactly how to release the tension in each and every muscle group. Both therapist I have seen are always very attentive to my current needs and know just how to apply the right amount of pressure. Sara has worked on me even prior to Willow Tree. She is such an amazing therapist that I have followed her and see her on a very regular basis (every 3 weeks). Sara has worked on me when I was experiencing severe neck and upper back issues, through various running injuries and during my pregnancy. With each visit, she has customized the massage to tackle my current concerns and has always done an amazing job of getting me going again whether there was an injury or just a need for me to relax. Sharon worked on me during my pregnancy and did a great job working out tension and getting me to a point where I wasn't experiencing leg soreness and other pains that come with pregnancy. Sharon has also worked on my 9 year old daughter who could tell a significant difference as well. Everyone at Willow Tree works together to create an incredibly warm, comforting, clean and relaxing environment. When I leave Willow Tree, I always leave feeling healthy, relaxed and rejuvenated.

I have really enjoyed my sessions with both Josh and Sharon. I never have waited for my appointment and they have both done such a fabulous job. I have opted for the 90 minute hot stone massage both times I have been here and have been so happy with the results. I felt that Sharon had a real talent for helping me work the knots out of my back without making it painful. I highly recommend!
