Of the many, many good massages I've had at Massage Envy, this last one was the best. My lower back was really tight from all the driving I do. Adam, my therapist, tailored this massage to relax and stretch these muscles. Afterwards, I was so much more limber. I noticed it immediately just bending over to put on my socks and then afterwards with a relaxed gait when walking. Thank you, Adam!!!

I was greeted promptly by Kim at the front desk. It was my first time and she talked me through the process so I felt comfortable. Brenna was my therapist and she was so amazing! First time visit: massage started eight minutes past the hour and finished six minutes early. Shaving off almost 15 minutes of a 60 min massage! I will not be returning as this was a bad first impression. Nice ambiance and location however. I’m sure not all therapists do this practice, but make sure you’re receiving the full treatment.

I am a long-time client at Massage Envy and look forward to my appointment every month as a member. I suffered for a long time with shoulder and arm pain and walked in to set an appointment in complete misery and am so GLAD that I did - this therapy is the only source of relief I have found that does not involve surgery and/or expensive PT. Adam B. has taken care of me from day one. As one of his clients, he knows what what exactly what I need but never fails to ask how I am doing and if there are any changes. Besides the friendly front desk, the relaxing atmosphere and my superb therapist who starts and ends my appointments right on time, ME is so great in the way that there's a massage therapist for everyone. They know what each of their therapists are good at and can set you up with someone who can provide the therapy you are looking for - be it deep tissue or just relaxation. When I am budgeting my personal finances, ME is always considered a priority. I am so glad I found Massage Envy - my life and my health are better because of it.

I never write reviews, but I feel compelled to today. I had a 90-minute message and it was AMAZING! I've had tons of massages before at different places, but today's was incredible. The therapist, Ashleigh, was firm and worked out my knots and the front office staff was friendly and helpful. I fully recommend it!

I first want to say everyone was very nice. Staff was easy to talk to and helped make a last minute (new customer) appointment for me. I've been getting massages for about 10 years due to work related pain. I have been to all sorts of massage establishments whether it be a chain like Massage Envy or a high end spa. Was wanting to try Massage Envy mainly because it's so close to my home. I enjoyed the ambiance of the Massage Envy that I went to a few days ago, was very quiet and peaceful however the main reason why I am giving only 2 stars is because when it was time for my massage, my massage therapist had a very, very strong cigarette smell. It almost gave me a headache instantly, this is not something I would want to point out directly as it can come across rude but wanted to mention it here. I would say it was a pretty awful massage mostly because of this one part. It was almost as if the massage therapist just came inside from smoking, it was so strong and definitely not ideal for a massage. I'd be willing to try other massage therapists in the future but for now, I'll go elsewhere.

I have been a member of Massage Envy for several years. I have a standing appointment for every two weeks and it is something I really look forward to. My therapist is Casey and he is terrific. The front desk is helpful and accommodating and the entire space is relaxing. When Casey is unavailable, the staff always finds another therapist who is just as good! I highly recommend Massage Envy. They provide a great massage at a great price.

Do not sign up for the membership. Even when you cancel before the end of your contract they continue to bill your credit card. I've called 4 times in a month and have been told a representative will have to call me back that handles this . Therapist's are very good especially Angela. She's the only one I will let work on me there because she is very professional and cares about the customers needs and will tailor a massage that meets well beyond your expectations. Customer service needs improvement. Hopefully I will get asome customer service soon . If not I will throw out another review .

Tia was my massage therapist and well she is definitely a reason for me to go back. I have been to many places however Tia was the first one that I said I would go to her again. She was so accommodating for the pressure that she used. Cannot wait for another massage.
