THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A PLACE OF BUSINESS IN MY LIFE. My appointment was at 5:30 I arrived 15 min early as requested, when I got there I didn’t see a receptionist or any staff and this was my first time at this establishment so I wasn’t sure if there was any paperwork I had to fill out before my massage. I didn’t see a sign giving directions for what to do but I saw that there was a bell so I rung the bell for service. Paul opened a door to a massage room so I’m assuming he’s was only one there and he yelled at me and said, “IS THERE A PROBLEM OUT HERE?!” I replied I have an appointment at 5:30, before I could get anything else out he yelled again, “WELL YOU NEED TO SIT DOWN AND WAIT A MINUTE!” And slammed the door in my face, I didn’t say anything back to him and just waited for him to come out, when he got done with the massage he walked pass me, didn’t apologize for his reaction or anything. I realized that my sister was the customer he was in the room with when I rang the bell so I walked into her room. In a private conversation between my sister and I, I said to her, “Did you hear how he talked to me? Was that necessary?” Paul walked in the room while my sister was naked and attempted to argue with me he said, “ YES IT WAS NECESSARY, YOU SEE THESE CHAIRS OUT HERE YOU SHOULD HAVE ACTED LIKE A NORMAL PERSON AND SAT DOWN.” My sister screeches for him to close the door because she is naked but he did not care so I stepped out of the room and closed the door behind me to address him. At this point I am disgusted at how I’m being spoken to and I said to him that he didn’t act like a normal person with good customer service for him to speak to me that way I explained to him that it was my first time there and that I didn’t know if I needed to sign in or what I told him that I didn’t want my appointment and I would not give him a dime of my money. His response was not apologetic at all, “ I DONT NEED YOUR MONEY YOU DONT HAVE TO COME BACK HERE!” I said I will leave a review and tell my family not to come back to him either since he doesn’t talk to customers with respect. He then told me to leave I walked out and he followed me and told me not to ever come back and I told him he doesn’t have to worry about me coming back then he says, “YOU’RE A CHILD ! YOU’RE A CHILD! I don’t have to respect you!” I am a grown college educated woman but I may have the appearance of a younger individual, but that does not give him any reason to speak to anyone that way child or not, because they are a paying customer. I wouldn’t advise anyone to support a business that treats customers this way, never in my life have I ever been spoken to like this at any establishment, Employees at McDonalds have more respect than Paul!
