After my motorcycle accident in december my back had been bothering me on a daily basis, after talking to one of my customers she mention Eden to me. i been working with George who has done a fantastic job getting me back up and running and working ourt with no issues! i enjoy every visit very much the staff is amazing they make one feel at home!!! All the staff is very professional, friendly and very entertaining!!!. I would highly recommend this Eden to anyone if you have never been to a massage place they will set your expectations very high they are not but excellence and quality:)

I was very impressed with my massage by George and I highly recommend him! Being in the spa industry myself, I've frequented a lot of spas all over the country and experienced many different techniques and modalities. However, George was very in-tune to my body's individual needs and was able to put me in a deep state of relaxation...which is usually hard to achieve. I was also impressed with their retail offerings and even picked up a few Christmas gifts while there!

I've been to Eden twice now and have been very satisfied. The first time there was some scheduling errors that left me coming on a snow day where the office was closed. However I was not told their office would be closed and they said they'd let me know. They didn't so I showed up. After calling the next day with my grievance, the manager worked with me to get a new appointment with extra service with no charge. They handled it very well and I left feeling great. So I've recently returned for a second massage and it was phenomenal. I highly recommend!

After spending months, suffering from excruciating lower back pain, I decided to turn to the world-wide web in hopes of finding a place here locally, that would offer me some type of therapeutic relief. At first I thought I would try a chiropractor but after reading several positive reviews on Google about, "Edens Therapy and Massage, I decided to try them out first, and now, I could not be happier with the decision that I have made, as after only a few sessions with George, my massage therapist, I am now almost pain free and couldn't be happier. This I presume is because he actually takes the time to listen to me; taking a general interest in learning my body as far as my comforts and discomforts and focusing heavily on my individual problematic areas. He also takes his time to make sure that he provides a quality session that is worth my money instead of rushing through it like I have experienced with others in the past. So, for his expertise and quality of work, I could never be more appreciative of every experience I have encountered at Eden thus far. And I could not imagine going any where else that would offer a greater amount of tranquility, peace, and relaxation than this place brings with every session. So, I highly recommend you set an appointment today, and let George work to change your life the way his services have changed mine.

I was surprised at how disappointing my service was because most other people had a good experience. I had a prenatal massage and the table was so uncomfortable I was fidgeting around the entire time. I was surprised there was no tranquillity room or anything to wait. You just awkwardly wait while the guy at the computer was on his phone. The massage part was weak. I felt like she just rubbed my back how someone does when they are lazy. I asked for more pressure and nothing changed and same happened when she went to the legs and feet. I was so disappointed because my body is sore and was looking forward to going. I will not be returning.

The atmosphere was excellent and calming. The staff was welcoming and time efficient. I received my first massage at Eden Therapy from George. I have had a lot of back pain in the past which is aggravated by my daily lifestyle. I have yet to find a massage therapist that is able to completely relieve my upper back and neck pain in one visit until my visit with George. I left feeling relaxed and pain free. It was a wonderful experience from the time I walked in until the time I walked out. I will definitely be visiting again and will ask for George every time! I also have recommended Eden to many of my friends already.

The massage was amazing. My boyfriend got me a massage for Valentines Day. The front desk messed up our payment which made us pay twice.. he paid over the phone prior but I was told his card was invaild so I had to pay....but the entire time, it was already paid for. Now I’m waiting 5-7 days for a refund

This was my first experience having a massage and I have to say it was AWESOME!!! I was very nervous before I walked into Eden, because I did not know what to expect. After walking through the front door all of my nerves were calmed. George welcomed me with a warm friendly smile and made me feel right at home. This feedback is not about the quality of the massage, they try to reschedule the appointment twice, plus they said will do a tissue massage and hot stone for $110 for 90 min (you will have to wait until our owner comes) those kind of stories for kids, also they said that didn't charge my account, after receiving the statement I had a charge for $110 even if we canceled the appointment because of "don't care about customer" called them and lady told e that will talk to the owner and will call me back---never did. I had to open a charge back to get my money back. Run away and check your statement for any charges...Bad experience!!!

As a Valentine's surprise, my friend took me to Eden. I was real nervous at first and didn't really know what to expect or what to do since it was my first time getting a professional massage. I had heard a lot of good things about this place prior to going and so I gave it a try. I am so glad I did! Once we got there, the front staff was already waiting for us and were very friendly. They very professional and made me feel comfortable and walked me through the process. The whole experience was new and fresh, my massage therapist did an amazing job. She pointed out all my shoulder and back spots where I've been expiriencing pain with out me having to tell her. I walked out feeling amazing! I will defiantly be going back! Best Valentine Gift ever :D

Taylor is so awesome!!! My lower back has been plagued with pain since a softball injury this past summer. My doc put me on muscle relaxers for awhile but it never got completely better. It started hurting again so badly this past week that I finally took a friend's recommendation and booked a sports/deep tissue massage here. I've had one massage before in my life and wasn't impressed.... it was gentle and relaxing, but ineffective at relieving my muscle pain and tension. I told Taylor this and before he got into the massage, he gave me varying pressures so I could show him Exactly what I needed from him.... then, he went to work. :) It was amazing. I needed a LOT of pressure, and he didn't disappoint. I told him the places that hurt, and he found the root causes, and worked them til they gave up the fight. He mixed the hard work with soft relaxing techniques, too, so that even though it was the best of both worlds. By the end, my neck and hips were completely relieved. I was a little disappointed because my back still hurt some, but I figured my tight body needed more work than there was time for. But.... low and behold, the next day when I woke up, my back was *completely* pain free, for the first time in months. That boy knew what he was doing!!! When I left I didn't think he had given my lower back enough attention, though he absolutely would have spent more time there had I asked. I was wrong..... he must have some incredible understanding of how muscles, etc., in the body affect each other, because he barely touched my lower back directly, and yet he made magic happen then. I was in tears from pain a day ago, and so knotted up that every move I made hurt a little... Now for the first time that I can remember, my body feels like it's floating on a cloud. Pain or no pain, I'm going to be a regular Edenite from now on. I think I'm in love :)

Unfortunately I have to rate this place as a 1 star. I booked my appointment a week ago to enjoy a relaxing Swedish massage for my birthday. I took off work early to make sure I made my appointment on time when I received a call 30 minutes prior telling me that I had to reschedule. I was so disappointed that they couldn't find another person to take care of me. This has really left me with a bad impression on this place .I thought because of the prior reviews which were great that I would really love this place. Sorry to say that I won't be back

My husband and I got a couples massage here earlier this month after returning from Australia (15 hour flights) and spending a weekend moving. Opted for the deep tissue, and it was definitely worth it. No clue the girls' names (oops), but would definitely recommend. One recommendation for the business though: it's a couple's massage...dial up the romance just a little if you can. This was more of two people getting a massage at the same time.

Patti is absolutely the best massage therapist I have ever had work on me. I have chronic back pain from an accident years ago and the only massage therapist I've ever had work on me that can eliminate that pain completely for period of time is Patti. She has an intuitive sense of where your pain is stemming from and does an amazing job of working out the trouble spots. I ask for deep tissue massage whenever I get massage at other locations and am generally disappointed. Eden Therapy and Massage is fantastic!

The atmosphere is calm and relaxing with a great aroma. The staff is very welcoming and polite, they were also able to accommodate with my hectic schedule. I had George, he was able to focus on all the areas that needed extra attention. He asked how the pressure was and adjusted to my preference. I usually hold all my stress in my shoulders and George was able to relieve the pain and left me feeling completely relaxed. I would highly recommend Eden Therapy and Massage and will definitely be returning myself.

If you’re looking for an amazing massage experience in Charlotte you must go to Eden Therapy and Massage. From the moment I walked in I was immediately put into a state of relaxation. Eden Therapy and Massage works hard to insure that you will experience relaxation and stress release by working on all five senses of the body. As I walked in, a pleasant aroma was the first thing I noticed; nothing overpowering but definitely designed to relax you. Soothing music plays in the lobby as well as the massage room to take you away from any negative or stressful thoughts you may have running through your mind. The décor is very soft and pleasing to the eye with lots of plants and nature tones. The walls are painted a pleasant green meant for relief and rejuvenation of the mind, body, and spirit. But what really makes Eden Therapy and Massage a must for any massage experience is the staff. They are friendly and professional and all of the therapists and staff exude a warm and calming presence. I was greeted with smiles and a welcoming air and invited to relax as they prepared the massage room. The room was very pleasing, again with the wondrous smells and relaxing music. The massage table and blankets were very soft and to my delight they have a heating pad installed in the massage table which I absolutely loved because I get cold so easily! My therapist was simply amazing. He was calm and professional and very attentive to my needs and what I wanted to get out of the massage experience. Afterwards, I felt so relaxed I could have fallen asleep right then and there. The therapists here also do a wonderful job of keeping to a timed schedule but without making you feel rushed or “just another client”. The therapists are very respectful and attentive. I feel as though everyone here genuinely cares for each individual who walks through the door. If you’re looking for an amazing massage and relaxation therapy then look no further than Eden Therapy and Massage, they are the best that Charlotte has to offer!

Only giving 2 stars because our experience last year was great. Today, however, I had a couples massage scheduled for my mom and I. I got a phone call from the spa this morning saying our appointment would need to be moved or cancelled due to a therapist having a family emergency. I know things happen but this was a gift for my mom for mother’s Day and I live out of town. Also will not get my money back for 7-10 days. The woman on the other end of the phone was not remorseful at all. Very disappointed in this place.

Let me start by saying I did not receive a massage from Eden, so this is not a review of their massages. I am giving one star, because I made an appointment for a couples massage the day before we were leaving out of state for a two week vacation and when we arrived, they said they did not have an appointment for us and they would not be able to help us. I originally called in and made an appointment 1 week earlier, but they said they would not have a male massage therapist for that day, so I rescheduled to the day before we were meant to leave on our vacation. I spoke with Matt at the counter the day we were turned away and he said if we came back later he would make it worth our time and inconvenience. I received a voice mail today saying they would knock off a whopping 10$ for our inconvenience, wasted time and disappointment. Needless to say, I will not be taking them up on that amazing offer. If your gonna go to this place, I suggest triple checking they have you in the system and they have the right people available to help you.

I went to the Eden for the first time and i was very impressed. The atmosphere was very tranquil and the staff was very friendly. My massage therapist was Miriam and her energy was outstanding. I can say without a doubt her massage is the best i have ever experienced. Her technique and professional approach was very impressive. She asked me if i had any areas she should focus on. I found her to be very knowledgeable as i thought i had problems in my shoulders but she found the root of my problem that was causing the pain in my shoulders. I had a gift certificate and decided to try out Eden. I have been to lots of places in different areas a few states and can honestly say this massage was the first or second best I have received. The place is tasteful, comfortable and peaceful. I had a massage from Jennifer. She really listened when I explained the areas I had tension in and also stayed away from areas (my face) when I mentioned I didn't like pressure there. I will definitely be making return visits and will buy gift certificates so my friends can get hooked!
