The worst experience ever. I bought groupon massage package and then booked schedule online. I got confirmation the appointment at 11.30am. I showed up there 11.15am. There no reception so no one greet you or help you with anything. I waited until 11.45 am. No one showed up and help me. I tried to call her, no one answer. I left her message, no one got back to me. I decided to leave at 11.50am that means I wasted my time for 35 minutes for nothing. I don’t know what the reason is because no one ever get back to me. But this is very unprofessional. If she prefers to get the treatment to the customers who pay full price so she should not sell her packages on groupon deal. I don’t know if she’s very good on the treatment or not, but I will never ever get back to her again! And I will spread the word. I got a massage service from many places in many cities before. I bought both full-price and groupon. I can say I never ever experienced anything like this before.
