I have had massages with Tina, Kristy and Heather and they were all wonderful. Each one is knowledgeable and very professional. Their treatments were exactly what my body needed. I’m hooked and thanks to them I learned how important it is to get massages on a regular basis. You feel great, your body demands it and it’s all part of staying healthy. Yes it’s pampering but its more than that...it’s wellness for your your mind, body and spirit. You have one body....be good to it. Namaste my friends at HIH.

The atmosphere is perfect, and Tina is so kind and just radiates calm. The massage itself was incredible (I requested the soul massage, which also includes Reiki). I can’t recommend this place highly enough, it’s amazing how much better this was than those chain massage places.

My Fiancé and I scheduled a 'couples' 'full body' massage unsure about how this would go seeing as how this was our first time paying for a massage although we assumed that we would be in the same room we were not. This appointment was months ago and I cannot recall the therapist names. The therapist asked me what part of my body am I having any troubles with I told her my lower back. The massage started out on my back chest up and remained like that for the majority of the hour little attention was payed to my arms or spine and when I was finally asked to lay on my stomach to have my back rubbed it was very minimal. My gluteus maximus was never even touched!! The therapist could have been uncomfortable massaging around my buttocks but if that is the case then it should not be labeled a 'full body' massage I was very disappointed about this as those muscles tie into my lower back pain. There was an over excessive amount of time spent on my shoulders, which was unnesesary. When it was all over I waited for another 10-15 minute in the waiting/check in room for my fiancés massage to finish. We payed tipped and left. When I asked if her gluteus maximus muscles were touched she was also disappointed they were NOT. All in all I am very dissatisfied and will never spend that much money again unless a friend or relative has experience with a REAL massage therapist because the two lady's that massaged my fiancé and I did a no better job than I can perform for free on my fiancé. On top of all of that we only use organic skin care products when the brand 'everyone' lotion was slathered on me I was not happy the smell bothered me and I was never even asked if it was alright to use on my skin. The therapist could have possibly felt obliged to all that because I was much younger than her but that is a wrong assumption to make about someone who studies natural healthy healing along with anatomy and biology as a hobby. If you plan on going here make sure you actually get a full body massage. ---EDIT--- ALSO, I completely forgot until I was talking with my fiancé about how horrible the experience was and she reminded me that the fire alarm had went off halfway through the massage for a fire drill!!! We were both appalled by this. SUPER unprofessional. Were they unaware there would be a drill? For something that is supposed to be relaxing it was certainly NOT. We were honestly expecting some kind of discount for such un-professionalism but it wasn't even mentioned at checkout.

Great place to go if you're spiritually sensitive and want to be around like minded people. Loving, Zen, and healing environment. My only critique is that they have the perfect environment set up to do even more! Such as holding events to get us all together as a community to give back to each other. Such a wonderful and healing place would be perfect for that. Definitely stop in and try out some of their services. Everyone is experienced, highly trained, and ready to help.

Kerry Anderson is a wonderful a Massage Therapist and I couldn’t ask for a better experience. She spent extra time on my neck which I was having concerns with and I walked out feeling so much better. This morning, I had a customized facial with Jennifer Jenks who addressed the concerns I was having with my skin and proceeded to give me, as always, the best and most relaxing facial ever!
