I visited Eliza Williams Restorative Body Therapies for a hot stone massage after experiencing some overall tension in my neck and back. Upon entering, I was greeted by Taylor, who I was scheduled to have the treatment with. The space is unassuming from the outside, conveniently located downtown, but once inside, the space is not only warm, but embodies an inviting, organic feel with the décor. There was a nice service bar area with spa water, fruit, etc. which was a great bonus to the experience. Taylor led me to a treatment room which was a soothing aquatic blue color with dueling massage tables, a beautiful stone sink inlay and a classy in-room shower. I'm assuming this could easily be used for couple massages or for treatments that may be a little messier. Taylor walked me through what the massage would be like during the treatment and was kind in asking about any problem areas. After a quick debriefing, I set myself up on the table and we began shortly thereafter. The massage ran over an hour. It was not my first time having a massage, but it was my first hot stone massage and wow, I cannot wait for my next! Taylor explained the stones, made from basalt, conducting great heat were lined gently under my back and used throughout the entire treatment, also in the massage. The whole experience was wonderful -- I felt Taylor was able to sense and connect with my trouble spots, really working her magic. Within the next few days, I really felt a powerful overall improvement. Before I left EW, I had already scheduled my next massage which I am eagerly looking forward to!

I went for a 60 minute restorative massage on my birthday weekend. It was my very first experience and it won't be my last. Ariadne was extremely good, she made sure at all times I felt okay, asked about areas I needed targeted and made sure the amount of pressure was just right. The massage was so relaxing and exactly what I needed. I can't believe I had never done this before, definitely going back. Thank you!

I have been getting facials since I was 16 (I am now 51). I have visited some of the most upscale spas in the country and Europe, and I have had hundreds of facials over the years. I have never met a more talented or knowledgeable esthetician than Heidi at Eliza Williams. Heidi treats your skin from the inside out. She can tell if my dietary intake or hormones are having an effect on my skin just by looking at it. In addition, she has the knowledge to convey exactly what adjustments I need to make to my diet, etc. to improve my skin. She is both skilled and intuitive and I will no longer let anyone other than Heidi work on my skin. If I could give her 20 stars, I absolutely would - she is that good. Whenever I leave her table, my skin looks amazing and she always imparts what changes I can implement to keep it looking that way. Additionally, Megan and Taylor are unbelievably talented massage therapists. No matter how tight or knotted I am (which, at times, can be severe), they are exceptional at providing deep tissue work to loosen me up while keeping it a very relaxing and rejuvenating experience. I cannot recommend these wonderful, talented ladies enough. You will NOT be disappointed with the great atmosphere and services that Eliza Williams has to offer!

At first glance, the Eliza Williams Spa seems to be just another spa; pretty and soothing. The real experience starts only after your message with Taylor had begun. Though upon entrance to any spa will relax your senses, your body will not know true relaxation until Taylor starts her magic. Not only does she hit every spot of tension, but she makes it feel so good, you won't mind having those knots worked out. She listens to you and makes the massage experience what it was always meant to be; a little slice of heaven. I am from LA and have been to some pretty amazing spas, both back home and throughout my travels, and I can say with the upmost confidence, that I have never had a better masseuse than Taylor. You will be doing yourself a serious disservice by booking your appointment with anyone else. I hurt my neck pretty badly and Taylor made me feel like a new person! Eliza Williams' prices are very reasonable, so it wouldn't be a big deal to schedule a short, starter massage with Taylor, get to know her, and let her get to know your body in such a away that allows her to melt your stress away....at least until the next time you book with her, which will not be long after your first visit. She is an absolute sweetheart and truly wants your visit to be amazing. She will listen to what you want and give you just that. Your time will Taylor will always go by too quickly and I promise you won't be able to wait to book your next appointment with her. Taylor, you rock!! Thank you for making my body feel so amazing and for the best massages I've ever had.

Relaxing, friendly staff, accommodating. Located across the street from the library, entrance is on the side going up the stairs. Looked like metered parking around the area, but I walked. Massage was great.

Enjoying Life

I've been going to this place since Oct 2016 and I LOVE IT. From the moment you walk into the building it's a warm welcoming place. I will say do your research before just going to any place and I'm so glad my research led me here. The staff are VERY friendly and well informed. I was a first timer with getting a wax and I was very nervous. She talked me through everything and also gave me helpful information about the after care. It also helped that I did my own research which they all encourage as well. The price is reasonable too, making appointments are easy and if you have to reschedule they are very accommodating to what they can help you with. Eliza Williams has a customer in me for as long as I'm living in Rhode Island. I would recommend this place to anyone. I haven't tried their other service yet but I have no doubt that, that will be awesome as well.
