Saw Dr. Tanner Johns today for my first appointment. Great experience. I came in with my neck and back feeling tight from my desk job, and left feeling much better. He gave me multiple stretches that I could use during the week to combat the effects of my desk job. As a former athlete, Tanner and the staff understood my goals and got right down to business with areas I was experiencing pain in. Office staff was courteous and the overall experience was great.

This is by far the best Chiropractic Treatment Center I have ever been to. I have been going here since 2010 or 2011. I won't go anywhere else even if I have to wait to get in. I Love this place they are so friendly, courteous and caring and helpful no matter what is going on with you. It does not matter if you have the most expensive insurance or a self pay they treat you the same. There primary goal is making you feel better. I have seen Dr.Kieth Johns he is amazing I get amazing results. I have seen Theresa White and get Amazing results. I have seen Erica Stachle and get Amazing results. I have seen Joesph Brignac the 3 & get Amazing results. I have seen Tanner John's and get Amazing results. I have been treated by Their massage therapist and get Excellent results from All of them as well. I recommend this Chiropractic Treatment Center to anyone. I cannot say enough about these Wonderful People. They all give you off the charts service. I have been quite the mess and they always make me feel so much better. Even if it isn't on my first visit with that particular issue at that time. They stay devoted to getting me to feeling my best. They let me ask as many ?'s as needed to help me understand exactly what is going on. They even give me tips and guidance on how to make me feel better in between visits. These People definitely make me feel and know I matter. They are definitely worth my time and money. I don't say it enough for sure Thank You. I appreciate each and every one of you that take care of me. It starts with your very friendly front desk who make my appointment and take my payments. You are just as important to me also. Thank You all as well. There are not enough stars to give you for all you have done for me over the years and continue to do. I will continue to recommend you as long as your there. Overall this is a great Chiropractic and massage office. I have been treated by multiple doctors and all of them do a great job. I am the type of person that likes things just so, from my one preferred doctor, but all of them are great. I have also had many Theraputic massages that significantly reduced healing time of injuries. Very upbeat atmosphere and eager to get me in on short notice, but not always. You must ask nicely !! Ive noticed good practitioners have a waiting list. That's the proof. Great Job!!!

However, somehow the front desk can’t seem to locate me in the computer and keep asking if I’m new. I’ve been a patient of hers for 2.5 years. The new front desk seems a bit rushed and doesn’t seem to listen attentively.

Erica Staelhe is an excellent chiropractor. She doesn't mess around! Her adjustments are amazing! Not only is she skilled, she has a great outlook on life. She is very positive and upbeat. The rest of the staff is friendly and on point. They are very busy and run a tight ship. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes, even when I was late! Been going here for months after my accident that had messed up my back pretty bad. I'm nearly recovered thanks to their treatment program, adjustment, and massage therapy. I went twice a week for about 6 weeks, did the exercises given to me, limited my daily function to allow my skeletal muscles to heal, and was patient. I can do most anything now but heavier objects still bug my back a bit. Highly recommend this place for your chiropractic needs. Dr. Brignac is really nice, patient, and professional, but I'm sure the others are great as well.

This is my first visit to this chiropractor. I have been waiting an hour to see the physician. The waiting room is extremely small, people are sitting nearly on top of each other and there is no space to breathe. I have heard good things about this clinic but I am ready to walk out without being seen due to the complete waste of my time.
