The office is very welcoming, so relaxing, and they put together an excellent team of therapists that have a lot of experience and really know what they are doing. He's gifted beyond... a true healer. Marian and Jenn are rock stars as well. Honestly, it doesn't matter who you get, they are all amazing.

This is a one star because of their billing practices, pushiness and poor communications. This does not reflect the quality of the massage therapist, whom I've see 3 of and all were excellent. I became a member and withdrew my membership within a few weeks of doing so. I did this because I found an unauthorized charge on my credit card from them. When I called they explained that this was for the cupping that had been done during the massage. I totally understand if this is an add-on service but if you offer it, while a patient is 15 minutes into the massage and relaxed but fail to mention their is a charge with it, that's an issue. In fact, to me it felt super shady... This was not the first time a billing misunderstanding came up either. Feel free to use these guys, the massage therapist are good but beware my experiences to this point have left me feeling like this is the same tired old model trying to squeeze some extra money out of you... Almost as bad as massage envy in that respect, if not worse.

Responsive and accommodating. Little thing but i liked the fact that the front desk asked if would prefer texting as my form of communication. Also, i took advantage of my new and overly booked therapists call list to get in for another appointment which was a very easy process. Finally, my therapist (Heather) was very competent and friendly. She's an athlete so understood my specific issues related to cycling plus was more than able at getting geeky about muscle names and medical terms.

Great customer service and even better massage. Will definitely be back :) I filled out a contact form with a request for a receipt and received a reply in 2 minutes with my receipt attached. Very impressed Update: Just a heads up: Try not to park under any trees outside the building because they're a popular hangout spot for the local pigeons and you might come out to your car with a new paint job (luckily my car is already white).

First time getting massage, but was recommended by a friend for my back pain. The staff was caring, patient and understanding when discussing the issue areas, and continued through the whole appointment ensured I was comfortable. Since my appointment my back isn't give me the issues it was before. I plan on more regular visits to ensure the pain doesn't come back.

Unfortunately both my partner and I had awful massages. Maybe we could’ve booked earlier. Just know if you book the day before they’re probably going to put you with two brand new inexperienced therapists. If not new, definitely recommend hiring new staff because as two people who get massages frequently we couldn’t wait for them to be over. We asked for deep tissue but got awkward light massage with just pressing on painful areas, not massaging. We were only compt one massage, still paid $70. Feel like they both should’ve been taken care of. Especially since the staff knew we were both unhappy. Staff were pretty helpful but we left disappointed and not going back.

I was lucky to get a same day appointment. Lisa was amazing. I had a terrible headache for days from a stiff neck and shoulders. She concentrated on those areas and I left headache free. I will definitely make visits here a regular thing to prevent future pain and headaches.

Clean, chic, pleasant front desk, nice ambience. Worst massage I’ve ever received. I haven’t heard anything bad about this place from other people who’ve gone, so I just got unlucky with my massage therapist. I asked for a firm massage and it was like being tickled. I’ve gotten more out of other people applying suntan lotion to my back. I’m not particularly big or muscled and I don’t often ask for deep tissue massages, so I can’t even imagine what this would have been like for someone of a different size or musculature.

Great place, convenient location and easy to get an appointment! Very clean and smells wonderful. Booked a 90 min massage for my better half and myself at the same time (separate rooms) - both agreed it was the best massage we've had in a long time. I like deep work and often get a deep tissue massage. My massage therapist was awesome! Worked my neck, shoulders and lower back plenty deep without leaving me sore. I almost dozed off a couple times - always a good sign. My better half likes a softer, more gentle touch. Her therapist brought her relief without leaving her tender. Thank you! The staff was very friendly and accommodating! The facility was a comfortable temperature (I've been to places that are way too cold/warm). I was offered tea, water, coffee prior and after my appointment. During my massage, I was asked if everything (pressure, location) was to my liking periodically. I was also able to tip electronically through my HSA card which was convenient! Great location and atmosphere.

Great place to go to for pure relaxation, however is not the best place for pain reduction or for doms. My goal in going was to relieve pain and soreness but it was not achieved. I actually had one of the worst knee pains when I woke up in the morning. I am currently wearing a brace for it. I do not blame the establishment nor practitioner. I guess I had higher expectations than what I received. Could have been miscommunication issues so I dont blame anyone other than myself for not making myself clear. I will come again for stress management but will look at other options for pain management. Tl;dr. Went in for pain, came out relaxed but pain still there.
