I only gave 3 stars because of the price point. I requested an 90 minute prenatal massage by calling into the massage clinic, which I thought was totally a steal for $65! I have had this place recommended to me so many times, so I had extremely high hopes. I was greeted on the phone by a super professional and sweet lady who booked my appointment. I showed up on time and was greeted by my therapist on time, but was disappointed by her lack of personality. However, she is the only person there that could do a pregnancy massage. It was weird from the start when I was questioned about the length of time I requested, as in giving me the feeling that she wasn't really wanting to do a 90 minute massage, which I found strange since that was what was planned for.
I thought maybe that all prenatal massages were just okay, but I've heard from several others that they have had some of the best massages (in general) of their lives from other places that do prenatal and I am only writing this review so you select another place if you are looking for a pregnancy massage. Surely since there are several other therapists available for regular massage, there are better therapists, but I would not recommend the therapist that they have on site for pregnancy. Maybe she doesn't enjoy doing pregnancy massage, which is fine, but don't do offer them if you don't want to do them.
Overall my experience was pleasant with everyone BUT the massage therapist, which is kind of important. There was a child in the main room with the receptionist while I was there, which wasn't a huge deal but the child was loud and since the place was small, I could hear every single squeal, scream and all of the talking. Not her fault, but something that should be avoided if you're coming in for a peaceful, quiet, uninterrupted massage.
