Worst customer service ever! Bought Groupon services to the place. First time they scheduled my appointment for prenatal massage, they told me they were overbooked after I had got to the location and waiting for 10 minutes. And the most ridiculous thing was for the day it was rescheduled I get a text 10 minutes prior to appointment that they needed to reschedule AGAIN! Well guess what I was already just 1 minute away from the location. Didn’t have the decency to call and apologize for cancelling AGAIN! DONT GO THERE!

DO NOT COME HERE! I scheduled an appointment a week in advance, which was not easy because they do not answer phone calls or respond to voicemails but rather only work via text messages when/if they please, but I definitely had a set appointment for a couples massage. One therapist was late and the other didn't come at all. We waited outside for the therapist to set up, went in got undressed, and then were told we need to reschedule. Not worth the time! Every aspect was beyond unprofessional.

Extremely unprofessional. Was not waited on. No one was in the reception area and another customer came in who also waited with no one around. When someone did come up front, it had been almost 15 minutes. I still wasn’t acknowledged but the other customer was. I asked about my massage appointment and she said she thought I was here for another service; even still then I told her I wasn’t waited on and it had been a total of 20 minutes I sat there and no one was around or no one spoke to me. The therapist call me back to see about getting me in but I was so disappointed and told him so. It was a very unprofessional experience. I’m not so sure I’ll be doing future business with Groupon again because of this. It’s not a good reflection.

My wife I were visiting OKC for the wkend and we scheduled a couples massage appointment with this company 2 weeks in advance with a Groupon They contacted me 2 days before to say we had to reschedule the appointment but they never gave another option so I contacted them the next day asking what other times would be available and they told me Wed I express to them that we are only here for the weekend So with that in mind can we be squeezed into the appointment book some way some how after all it wasnt our fault that someone screwed up the appointment schedule but they stated that nothing could be done needless to say I was Super pissed. P. S. Another thing that I really thought was very unprofessional was that the whole time all contact was done through text message every time I tried to call them there was no answer. In my on personal opinion I think that because we were Groupon customers and not actual paying customers this is why we got brushed aside.

This place does not even merit ONE star! They are very unprofessional! Will not answer the phone and only respond through texts. However, don't expect them to show up for your appointment! They did not even bother to cancel/text me!! It was like me texts weren't received after they conned me out of my info!! I was 20 minutes early and waited until 20 minutes after. NOTHING! Don't waste your time.
