I get great results with both Amber & Teresa! It is more expensive than other places I've been which is my only problem with them although signing up for a wellness plan helps with that somewhat.
I left after my massage feeling like a new person!
My mom has a monthly membership to Elements Massage, so she gave me one of her passes, and we both got massages. The masseuse listened to the areas I wanted worked on and then actually applied the amount of pressure I wanted. I've often had trouble with other masseuses not being able to do a deep tissue massage or saying they will but then not applying much pressure at all. This was not the case with her. I felt great the next day. This business would definitely get five stars, but they didn't have any change when we went to pay, so that made the transaction more awkward than I would have liked. It seems weird for a business to not have any change. Other than that, I highly recommend!
Juli-Anna is amazing! She listens to your needs and gives excellent deep tissue massages. The atmosphere is calming and relaxing and the staff is very friendly! I have a membership and I would highly recommend Elements!
Love coming here to relax & get any aches & pains worked out. Rachel is awesome by the way! Not only is she very good at the massage, but she is very friendly and personable. We signed up for the membership beacause my husband & I both prefer Elements ovet any of the other places we've tried. Can't wait for my next massage. I just hope next time I come the water feature is working in the lobby. It would be very serene and relaxing while we're waiting on our masseuse.
Don't expect quality customer service. If they get your money, that's all they care about. Wellness program is a complete joke.
I consistentIy feel that the place is clean and safe. It is generally quiet. The therapists are consistently good. Great massage.
Stacy was absolutely amazing!!
Friendly people. Relaxing massage.
Gabby was absolutely amazing the pressure was perfect the entire time. It was completely relaxing worked out a lot of tension. 100% reccomend booking an appointment with her.
It was okay but I said I had a bad back going into it and the proceeded to go as hard as she could which wouldn’t have been horrible if it were in the right areas (suppose I could have said something) but it was my first time and I was nervous but then I got handed and envelope(didn’t know what it was) then realized it was a tip envelope then realized I was expected to give a tip which is never a good feeling(was going to leave a tip anyways but the experience was ruined by being asked. I work in an industry where people tip ALOT and never have had to ask for it. Just my opinion over all not that bad but definitely will go somewhere else next time.
Alisha did an outstanding job on relieving the tension in my muscles.
Nice and quite, great massage, I did a 90 min that I got on Groupon felt great after I left like I could pick up a house that throw it to the other side of town. Super nice people there and all around great experience .
Neither my wife or I had ever had a massage before. She is 8&1/2 months pregnant and really enjoyed it. I had a phenomenal experience as well. The front desk girl was very polite and got us back pretty quickly. The massage therapists were very good at their jobs, as well as polite and courteous. A little pricy, but worth the visit. We'll have to go again sometime.
Massage therapist: johnsee Massage type: hot stone full body massage Amazing experience. She was excellent. Each and every part of my body felt relaxed. She made sure in 1 hour she completed everything including head massage( which I asked for ). It was an awesome experience and everyone were very sweet
I used to go here fairly often. It recently changed ownership. They refuse to honor their Groupons. The Groupon says "1 per customer and 1 additional as a gift." But when I pointed that out, I was told that they didn't get to choose that verbage, but Groupon chose it for them. Even speaking with the manager, Kristi, she said all she could do was offer me to pay more money for the service listed on the Groupon that had already been purchased. Very FRUSTRATING. She referred me back to Groupon to see if they would refund my money since they refused to honor the Groupon. I will not be back.
The staff was great with their hands
Absolutely loved the deep tissue massage I had. Great selection of services. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable and the facility is clean and inviting. Right off of NW Expressway. Easy access and close to shopping and hotels. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended
Just not quite a full hour but it does say time includes changing clothes. Nice masseuse. Enjoyed a couple's massage. Both of us enjoyed it. Friendly staff.
Loved my masseuse! Friendly staff and a great experience!
I am a huge fan of this Elements. I have chronic back pain and massage makes a real difference. Scheduling is easy and the massage therapists always leave me feeling relaxed.
Google user doesnt like tobi? Im sure there are more! Lol ! I started buying the package deals where you buy a massage and then pay 45ish more for another massage later. I was told at the time i fiest started doing this not to worry i dn not live close as they dn expire. Called into today and hmmmmm they had expired lol! Then told the BOSS called and started explaining without stopping for a breath how i was screwed.,....but i could use the 45 for an in store credit. I would rather stick hot spike under my nails then ever frewuent an establishment ran by this rude individual. She said i had been continuously screaming and yelling at her staff
Great therapist! Open seven days a week can always get a appointment!!!
I had neck and back tension for few months, after the message am almost pain free. We go again!
Had much better experiences at other places .Not the best rooms, not the cleanest place, definitely not the best therapists. If you want a feel good massage ,this place will do .If you actually have problems you want to fix, I encourage you to look elsewhere.
They have a very soothing environment and I felt very relaxed when I was done. The masseuse was attentive and knowledgeable.
Terrible experience, don't go here. They sell groupons so when we went to get a massage the lady at the front desk said to buy as many as we wanted, so that's what we did. Next time I called them to set up an appoinement they said I could no longer use the groupons as I had used them once before. I told them there is no clause on their groupon page that you can only use one. Also, the groupons were for an hour and half massage and both times they only gave us an hour massage. When questioned about it, they said, "It's really only a 70-minute massage, the rest is time for the massuese to clean the room." Bottom line, if you don't want to redeem your groupon, why sell them? Be clear up front what your policy is. Don't change it around and then not even redeem the full time.
It was an overall great experience!! Will definitely go back!
I LOVE this place!!! My bestie and I go as often as possible and we really love Brandon and Juli-Ann!!! J listens to what areas I need worked on and she does an amazing job!!!
This place has horrible customer service. I called trying to book an appointment. Which you think would be no big deal. False. This kid on the phone had 0 personality, and was no help at all. He wanted a credit card for cancellation policy purposes, which I understand. But he kept using the term "Well we need a credit card for WHEN you cancel." Then I asked about a package special I saw online, and asked if I could purchase that when I got to my appointment and he said "No, do it online." I told him I couldn't figure out how to do it online, and he could have cared less. When I asked if there was someone else to talk to, he said "I've been here 2 years. I can help you." So I told him to forget the appointment and hung out. Absolutely ridiculous. There are other massage salons in OKC and I would suggest finding one.
The staff was great and the manager even helped me find a location close to where I will be moving to for my follow up appointments. I will definitely be going back and recommending them to everyone I know
I've been receiving massages at this location for over a year and always have great experiences. The therapists I have had are all friendly and knowledgeable. I have a lot of tension in my shoulders/neck and the deep tissue massages are excellent. The atmosphere is very clean, relaxing, and welcoming. I signed up for the Wellness Program and receive monthly discounted massages.
I had an amazing experience here. Over the holiday weekend, I strained my upper back and had been feeling pain for 5 days. I have a physically demanding job and an infant son that I need to carry. By Thursday, my back was locking up and by that night, I was in so much agony I was contemplating going to the Emergency Room. I got in to see my doctor on Friday morning who prescribed me some medication and suggested a massage since he thought it was likely a muscle strain. Nothing had been providing me relief (icy hot, ice packs, LOTS of Advil, Epsom salts bath, hot shower, back patches, etc) and I was in agony. I was able to get in to see Frank right away and he was such an amazing masseuse ! He worked on my upper back trying to relax it and get out the knots for almost the entire time and even put some BioFreeze on it. Afterwards, I was still sore but did not have the stabbing sharp pain anymore! I could drive home without being in tears and I could pick up my infant son again! It is the next day and I am still relatively pain free (minus the usual massage soreness) and I have not needed any pain medication or muscle relaxers! I am SO GRATEFUL to Frank and his work yesterday!!!! I can do my daily activities with very tolerable pain. I will be getting a monthly membership after this for sure to prevent this from happening again! THANK YOU!
Very friendly staff. Beautiful and relaxing atmosphere and I had an excellent message therapist!!! I got a membership and will definitely refer others.
My massage at Elements Warr Acres was exactly what I was needing that day. Very good session.
Always accommodating of me and my husband who uses a wheelchair. The therapists are great and professional. We always have a good experience.
I go there a often as I can. This place is awesome! Friendly staff, and excellent treatment!
Frank did an AMAZING job! I told him I've been having migraines and he addressed the problem area perfectly. I felt so much better afterward! The young lady at the front was very friendly and welcoming. I drove a little over an hour to visit here but will definitely be back!
They have the walk in sign up in front of their door but they don't have room for walk ins!!
I had extensive back surgery in 2017. My bones and nerve endings make it difficult to have touch. My therapist was so great. She gave me my first massage after surgery and it was perfect. Her touch and communication was excellent. Thank you!
I love the ease of getting in and the professionalism of all the staff. I have no fear that whoever I can get into will be excellent.
Great couples massage, they are professional and the place is relaxing and clean and they have good prices.
Overall a terrible experience from beginning to end. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Firstly, I did reach out to the company with this and asked the owner to contact me. I didn't want to air dirty laundry, but no one has contacted me. Secondly, I recently moved here from San Antonio and am very familiar with the Elements Massage name and am incredibly disappointed that a franchise would want to associate themselves with this establishment. It really damages their professionalism. When you walk into a place to get a massage, you would expect a tranquil environment that would invite relaxation before your service. When I walked in last Saturday morning, a couple occupied the couch and were sitting in front of boxes of carryout breakfast. On top of that, the couple and the receptionist were conversing extremely loud. Not tranquil in the least. My time with the therapist was also incredibly unprofessional. He informed me that massage therapy was his "hobby." I don't have a problem with that, however I do when I go to an establishment that at their other locations hold that professionalism to the highest level. My regular therapist in San Antonio took such pride in his position and was constantly wanting to learn more. I don't appreciate paying the same amount I did for him as I did for the gentleman who it was obvious that this wasn't his passion. My therapist also made me super uncomfortable by saying "I hope your husband isn't a jealous man." Excuse me? He goes on to say that a lot of women are uncomfortable with being in the same room as a male therapist and continued to tell me horror stories. My therapist was also very much an amateur with draping. There were multiple times that intimate parts of my body were fully exposed. If that wasn't enough, I arrived on time, was taken back 10 minutes late, and the massage ended 10 minutes early. I paid for a 90 minute massage and received just over an hour. I did not tip. I am incredibly upset with this experience.
