The easiest way to say this is GO! The best hour of relaxation I have all week (the only hour). The facility is top notch, the students professional, and I have paid a lot more for a substandard massage at other locations. I have chronic back issues, multiple surgeries, and when I get off the table I feel like a new person. You would never guess it was students perfoming your massage.

Looooved the massage, but the student at the front desk (pregnant lady) needs to improve her customer service skills. 2 customers and I were waiting for her as she was taking a break outside and another student had to go looking for her so she could help us. My massage student was amazing though. Way to go Connie!!

Had my first visit today with Drake and it could not have been better! They were super professional and extremely knowledgeable. I was kind of nervous but this place is awesome and the staff is even better. Again, I can’t say enough good things about Drake! Will definitely be going back in the future.

OKC Review

As a massage therapist I am ashamed that there is a school out here that is so awful! I have had therapists that come in for interviews or who get hired on tell me their education process with this school. FIRST they have students who have only been there 3 days working on paying clients. Second the book(or lack there of) that they give is copied pages and some of those pages are copies of sharpie marker drawings. They give these to the students just in a stack no binder or book just a stack of papers. How they have not been shut down is a mystery to me. I have therapist contacting me asking me if I will teach them things they should have been taught so they can pass their nationals to become a massage therapist in Oklahoma now. I hope this post stops potential students from applying. Go to Platt or Central for your education because all you will do here is pay $9,000 to work on their paying clients for an entire year. Worst Place Ever! To all potential clients the price might not be expensive here but do you really want a massage from someone who could potentially hurt you because they do not know what they are doing?

When it comes to learning how to become a massage therapist, hands on learning is a necessity to becoming a GREAT MASSAGE THERAPIST! BTW- Most programs/colleges that require you to complete an intern/externship don't pay ANY money, so its a real plus that you can earn tips!

The only reason I did not give this school 5 stars was because, as a student, I feel there is some validity to the complaints I have heard about the lack of class time provided. However, I found that to also be something a student can take advantage of. In other words, the instructors are always available and willing to provide information and answers questions, one on one or in a small group. Not to mention, it allows students to work on their own technique on clients, rather than just reading about it in books. I am also certain that part of the reason the school is so reasonably priced is because they are able to offset tuition costs with money earned from the clinic (what a great concept). As for the students who have indicated they did not receive the proper education and information for the MBLEx, grow up, study on your own. The experience gained working on clients far outweighs any shortcomings that might be experienced in the classroom. I am happy I decided to attend this school, and I look forward to working with them in the future. One other thing, as a customer, I would prefer a MT with good technique and personal skills to one who "knows the book"....just sayin!

Please, if you are looking into joining this school for education- don’t. It’s a wild scam. They are good for making more money off you by fooling you into “clinical hours”, which are not real. You are required 200 hours TEACHER approached- meaning in class- not behind closed doors with a client. Also, I can’t tell you one thing I actually learned from this school- seeing as though I learned massage by myself. I was self taught. I just wish I could have learned this first hand before I was out of pocket and wasted time on an education I truly never obtained. Also- teachers may be outside smoking more than they will be inside teaching. Sad truth. Now that I am done with this school, and won’t get kicked out, I felt it was time to right the honest review EVERY single student wishes to write. Just look into other schools prior to coming here- and if you are a client- please tip your student because we work for free and have to turn around and continue to pay this school to do work for free.. Thanks.

I’ve been here before and received great customer service but today was different. I walked in and the two ladies at the desk looked up and saw me but didn’t say anything. I walked up to the front desk and waited for someone to welcome me and say hello. No warm greeting at all. The lady was rude and abrupt telling me to sign in. She asked if I had an appointment and I told her “No, I’m sorry I didn’t know I needed an appointment. I’ve come in before without one.” And she said “Well that’s why I asked” in a very rude tone. Decided to take me business elsewhere. It’s not hard to be kind.

Great place close to work , price was good , purchased a gift card about 6 months ago , recently called for an appointment but they said they were booked for weeks and weeks , so I said so I will need to book my massage a month out and he said yeah pretty much . Don’t purchase a gift card from here .
