Cindy Gates is the absolute best. I see her regularly for myofascial release or "trigger point" therapy and she has helped me tremendously. She's a wealth of knowledge about the musculoskeletal system which explains why her treatment is so effective. Seeing her is much more than simply getting a "massage." For anyone dealing with chronic pain, sports injury or if you just need some really tight muscles loosened up I could not recommend her more.
