My husband purchased a Groupon for me as gift. When I called to schedule, appointments were out a month (I'm assuming because of the Groupon). I was excited because I visited this place a long time ago and liked it. HOWEVER, the woman on the phone asked for my Groupon number so she could make sure it was "good". I said of course it is and then asked how she else would she know it's good unless she redeems it which is a no-no. She admitted she was going to redeem it and credit me on the books - for an appointment a month out? Nope. I told her that redeeming them without performing the service was fraudulent and asked to speak to the owner. She was the owner. I cancelled our appointment, reported her to Groupon and got a refund. I'll go somewhere else where our money helps support an honest business.

I highly recommend Family Therapeutic Massage Group 73170. The massage was professional and thorough. The price was fair and 1 hr meant 1 hr massage. All of the massage centers in Moore Norman area were booked on this Friday afternoon and I was a walk in. I had no wait and the therapist that gave me a massage that helped relieve shoulder and neck pain caused by a pinched nerve. The place is no frills, clean, and professional… 5 stars Do not confuse Family Therapeutic Massage Group 73170 with Family Therapeutic Massage Healing Center 73139… who I accidently previously gave a good review without visiting.

The lady there by the name of Kathy gave me the best therapeutic massage in my life! She is highly professional, knows her anatomy, and is a future physical therapist who knows exactly what she is doing! If you go here, ask for Kathy. She is tall, has short blond hair, she's a new mom and she has unbelievably strong hands! My daughter and I will be back for sure! Thank you

I just went here and felt like it wasn’t the best massage I’ve ever had. I really wish they had gotten into my feet and hands more. She did work on my back but I just wish that when I buy a 90 min massage it includes feet and hands. Like those are the most used parts of anyone’s body. They should be rubbed on. Anyways, maybe it’s just me.

i have received massages from two of their therapists so far. I had an amazing experience both times. They both were very through, very kind and Knew exactly what they were doing. I suffer from severe migraines, neck and shoulder pain from an accident 13 years ago. This is the first place I have had therapists who actually listed to my needs and concentrated on actually taking my pain away. Best experience

I recommend this business to anyone carrying stress in their back, neck, and/or shoulders and anyone dealing with knots. I was helped by a woman who was very kind and knew what she was doing! She educated me on how stress is carried in the body and the anatomy involved. She was very gentle yet firm and made sure I was comfortable and felt relief before I left. Even weeks after my massage, I felt noticeably better and slept more soundly. Try them out!
