Booked 3 appointments 10 days in advance. All three appointments mysteriously disappeared out of the system. One of the people I booked an appointment drove 100 miles to be let down. I work a super stressful job and being told I can't get a massage pretty much ruined my weekend. I guess walkins are treated better than appointment holders... maybe.

I love Elements! Lamond is wonderful! I am a nurse and deal with chronic neck and back pain and have for years; after my massage with Lamond last week I was nearly pain free (amazing for me) for three glorious days. It was amazing. Going back to Elements next week and I cant wait. Love the stress and pain relief from massages! And the office staff is so friendly and helpful. Thanks Elements!

I went here for the first time a couple weeks ago. My 55 minute massage only lasted 43 minutes. After I left a review about the problem, the manager called me and apologized. They took responsibility for the error and offered another massage at a discount to make up for the mistake.

Victoria is very good at her job. She cares about you as a whole. She is not just trying to get as many clients as possible to keep coming in by telling them they NEED to come back because something is wrong with their back/hips/neck etc. She gave me advice on what to do at home and how to continue a comfort level. Just for this reason I will come back to her even if I'm not in pain. Calming, relaxing, and professional atmosphere.

The facility is always clean and well kept. The front desk staff are pleasant to interact with. Lamond is amazing. When I first started going in my shoulders and lower back were a mess, shoulders tend to lock up pretty bad. With appointments every other week I typically have no pain between appointments. I still have tightness in my hip, but it’s improved massively. Lamond uses perfect pressure and seems intune to when to lighten up or move on and give a tight spot a rest and come back to later. Even working knots and problem spots relaxation is accomplished every appointment.

This place was AMAZING. On a whim booked a same day appt for a couples massage, I was getting a Swedish and he got a deep tissue #1: They saw they had a missed call and actually called back where I was pleasantly surprised, I called right upon opening and was going to call back anyway.Which for anyone who HAS worked customer service would know only so many people can answer the same exact 30 calls coming in at once.. #2: upon arrival we checked in and almost immediately got called back, greeted to our shared room and assigned masseuse #3 my masseuse whispered questions like, is this okay or please turn over vs. I will admit his masseuse didn't really have a care that there was another person trying to enjoy a massage, with her vocal decibal choice, that is. However, he underestimated the term "deep tissue" and was very impressed with how "deeply" she massaged. #3 AND MOST IMPORTANTLY Lamond, my masseuse REALLY paid attention to what my body was saying. I work M-F 8-5 at a desk job, so I can get pretty tense in the shoulder/neck area, and most places I've gone just go through the motions to get through the timer, but he really focused on where I had a knot and actually massaged based on what my body needed, whispered questions so I could maintain my relaxation, and made me suggestions for my super sturdy knot moving forward I'm 1000% going back, already have my next massage booked with Lamond specifically. 15/10would recommend
