The "spa" is way out in the "boondocks" up a very narrow gravel driveway lined by white painted lattice fencing. At the end of the driveway was a trailer home surrounded by overgrown weeds and a yard full of junk. Inside the "business" I was met by a very large dog and a very unprofessional woman that looked and acted like she was as scared of me as I was her. I asked if this was a place of business or a residence and she told me that the owner lived there but we would not be going into that part. The place was dark and dirty looking and bathed in the smell of lemongrass candle and dog. I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and fill out the info card and get started with the hydrotherapy foot soak. She asked me if I liked my water hot or on the medium side and when I answered, she proceeded to go into what I assume was a bathroom and fill a tupperware pitcher with water only to bring it back with a foot bath like you'd buy at walmart for $25.00 at Christmas time. She poured the water in and asked if I'd like some epsom salts to which I answered, yes. She poured it in and brought me a lukewarm bottle of water and left me to stew over what in the world I had gotten myself into. As I sat there getting more and more nervous at my surroundings, I began to hear a man's voice (and to think I was about to undress to a very compromising degree with a man somewhere on the other side of a wall!). I sat there long enough to find a few online reviews of the place and text my husband that I was leaving.

I purchased a living social package deal. It was a mobile home with overgrown shrubs. The hot tub was cold and dirty and the massage wasn't good. The masseur (I use that term very generously) talked the entire time! The entire experience was a huge disappointment. I certainly didn't get a "bargain" I will not return.

I've had many massages over the past 30 years but the massage I had yesterday at Country Charm was undeniably the best massage ever. The environment is very comfortable and unassuming. I will definitely go back!

The way I found out about this place was through a Groupon that my husband purchased for me for my birthday. I set an appointment and was ready to go! I'm not going to lie, I was a little hesitant because of it being out in the middle of nowhere and the poor reviews on here. But I didn't want my husband to be sad that he bought a crummy Groupon, so I went! I find the place and drive up a gravel driveway and pull up to a trailer home. Still skeptical, I went inside. I was greeted by a woman who asked me to fill out a survey about the sore places on my body. She got out a little foot bath that looked a little like the ones I've seen at Walmart. I sat there for a while and then got up to go into the massage room. I thought it was clean and just the right temperature. She starts to massage my back and I can already feel the aches leaving my body. She was very informative on what she was doing and why and the reflexology behind it all. The music she was playing was also very calming. I was there for two hours and I don't know if I've ever felt more relaxed. She was very good at what she does. We had good conversation too. I was very pleased with my massage. I'm glad I went!

This is NOT a legitimate business. This place is a trashy mobile home that is gross. Do NOT make an appointment - you will be disappointed and feel cheated.

Beware: the business is in a mobile home, a dirty mobile home. We left within 5 minutes, because the floors were filthy, they were not going to be able to provide all the services promised (hot tub, something about the Health Department), and there was no charm whatsoever. I can't believe they are still open.
